人壽保險(xiǎn)信息系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放后中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展以及信息科技技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)在人壽保險(xiǎn)信息系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜度越來越高,對(duì)于新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用也越來越多,支持的保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模也越來越大,這些因素會(huì)給人壽保險(xiǎn)信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理帶來巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文以項(xiàng)目管理體系和進(jìn)度管理技術(shù)作為研究的理論依據(jù),包括項(xiàng)目管理的五大過程組和九個(gè)知識(shí)領(lǐng)域,以及進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定的流程、工作量評(píng)估方法、甘特圖技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)、掙值分析法等進(jìn)度管理技術(shù)。并結(jié)合一個(gè)壽險(xiǎn)信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,從確定項(xiàng)目范圍開始,制作了項(xiàng)目工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)進(jìn)行排序和估算工作量,并使用項(xiàng)目管理軟件編制了項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、識(shí)別關(guān)鍵路徑,進(jìn)而對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃實(shí)施優(yōu)化,從而保證項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃可以滿足項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間目標(biāo)。 在建立了項(xiàng)目基準(zhǔn)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃之后,本文也探討了項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的控制體系,包括組織體系、控制體系的建立、進(jìn)度的檢查、進(jìn)度偏差影響的判斷和糾偏措施,以及項(xiàng)目變更的管理,從而保證了項(xiàng)目的按計(jì)劃完成。希望本文研究的成果對(duì)于壽險(xiǎn)信息系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和進(jìn)度管理工作有一些借鑒的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese life insurance industry and the progress of information technology, the complexity of life insurance information system is more and more high, and the application of new technology is becoming more and more. The scale of supporting insurance business is also increasing, these factors will bring great challenges to the progress management of life insurance information system implementation project. This paper takes the project management system and schedule management technology as the theoretical basis of the research, including five process groups and nine knowledge areas of project management, as well as the progress planning process, workload evaluation methods, Gantt chart technology, Network planning technology, earned value analysis and other progress management technology. Combining with the actual project of a life insurance information system, the project work breakdown structure is made, the project activity is sorted and the workload is estimated, and the project plan is worked out by using the project management software. The critical path is identified and the project schedule is optimized to ensure that the project plan can meet the project's time target. After establishing the project benchmark schedule, this paper also discusses the control system of the project plan, including the organization system, the establishment of the control system, the check of the progress, the judgment of the impact of the schedule deviation and the corrective measures, as well as the management of the project change. In order to ensure the completion of the project as planned. It is hoped that the results of this paper can be used for reference in the project implementation and schedule management of life insurance information system.
