【摘要】：正保險(xiǎn)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本手段,是社會(huì)文明水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)程度、社會(huì)治理能力的重要標(biāo)志。2014年國務(wù)院發(fā)布了《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的若干意見》,把保險(xiǎn)業(yè)改革發(fā)展上升到國家戰(zhàn)略,通過頂層設(shè)計(jì)確立了保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)、方式、路徑和保障。廣東省人民政府也出臺了《關(guān)于加快發(fā)
