【摘要】：正FM Global每年從目標(biāo)場(chǎng)所采集超過(guò)700個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)用于協(xié)助優(yōu)化財(cái)產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并合理配置風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本。為達(dá)到這一目的,FM Global致力于研究如何確定不同損失事件的嚴(yán)重度,目前又開(kāi)發(fā)了四類工具,可以很好地確定損失的可能性。該四類工具為:RsikMark,用于測(cè)定所處位置的基準(zhǔn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量;Locations Predisposed,用于辨識(shí)所處位置最可能遭受的損失;Relative Likelihood,用于識(shí)別研究場(chǎng)所中暴露出的最可能造成損失的危險(xiǎn)
[Abstract]:FM Global collects more than 700 data points a year from target sites to help optimize property risk and allocate venture capital properly. In order to achieve this goal, FM Global is devoted to study how to determine the severity of different loss events. At present, four kinds of tools have been developed to determine the possibility of loss. The four types of tools, the: Rsik Mark, are used to measure the baseline risk levels of the location Predisposed, to identify the most likely losses to be suffered at the location. The Relative Likelihood, is used to identify the most likely risk of loss exposed in the research site.
