東莞市農(nóng)村壽險營銷員管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,保險行業(yè)在中國也得到了迅速的發(fā)展。但是在發(fā)展的過程中,很多的保險公司都反映現(xiàn)今的保險營銷人員很難管理、很難招納,這樣不利于保險公司的強勁的營銷團隊的建立,會影響保險公司和行業(yè)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。同時,在保險行業(yè)快速發(fā)展的時期,很多的保險公司的發(fā)展還是處在初級階段正向中級階段跨度的階段,保險公司的營銷團隊在招納人員的時候,更多的是考慮到了數(shù)量,而忽視了招聘人員的質(zhì)的提升。這樣就因為保險公司重數(shù)量不重質(zhì)量、求速度不求制度的行為為保險公司不穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展埋下了隱患。最近幾年這樣的隱患開始凸顯,保險公司增速乏力,出現(xiàn)了保險營銷人員大量的流失,營銷人員難以管理,公司的效益呈現(xiàn)下滑趨勢,并對壽險公司經(jīng)營管理的穩(wěn)定性產(chǎn)生了不良影響,增加了保險監(jiān)管難度,阻礙了我國保險市場的健康發(fā)展。因此掃清我國壽險業(yè)發(fā)展的障礙,就必須盡早扭轉(zhuǎn)保險營銷人員難以管理的問題,提高壽險營銷員的穩(wěn)定性,加強和改善我國壽險營銷人員的管理。只有改善了我國壽險營銷人員的管理,才能夠保持營銷員渠道的保費規(guī)模,穩(wěn)定保險公司的經(jīng)營發(fā)展,維護保險市場的秩序,也能在一定程度上緩解我國失業(yè)率居高不下的嚴峻形勢,對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到良好的促進作用。因此本文針對東莞市農(nóng)村壽險營銷人員穩(wěn)定性管理進行研究,主要是希望通過研究可以改善東莞市壽險營銷人員管理中存在的問題,并以小見大,希望對全國的壽險營銷人員管理問題的解決和改善提供科學的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the insurance industry in China has also been rapid development. But in the process of development, many insurance companies have reflected that it is difficult to manage and recruit insurance marketing staff, which is not conducive to the establishment of a strong marketing team of insurance companies, will affect the sustained stability of insurance companies and the industry. At the same time, in the period of rapid development of the insurance industry, the development of many insurance companies is still in the primary stage of the intermediate stage span, insurance company marketing team in recruiting staff, more consider the number, and ignore the quality of recruits. In recent years, such a hidden danger has begun to highlight, the insurer growth rate is weak, there has been a large number of loss of insurance marketing staff, marketing staff is difficult to manage, the company's benefits show a downward trend, and the life insurance company management and stability. Therefore, to clear up the obstacles to the development of China's life insurance industry, it is necessary to reverse the problems that are difficult for insurance marketers to manage as soon as possible, improve the stability of life insurance marketers, and strengthen and improve the management of China's life insurance marketers. The management of life insurance marketing personnel in our country can maintain the scale of the marketing channel premium, stabilize the operation and development of insurance companies, maintain the order of the insurance market, and to a certain extent ease the grim situation of high unemployment rate in our country, which plays a good role in promoting China's economic development. The research on the stability management of life insurance marketing personnel mainly hopes to improve the problems existing in the management of Dongguan life insurance marketing personnel through the study, and to make a big difference from a small one, hoping to provide scientific ideas for the solution and improvement of the management problems of life insurance marketing personnel throughout the country.
