【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期的上海保險(xiǎn)業(yè)，，隨著這座城市的開(kāi)埠通商而不斷發(fā)展。外資保險(xiǎn)公司進(jìn)入，華商保險(xiǎn)公司，保險(xiǎn)行會(huì)相繼成立。保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在中國(guó)這片古老的土地上茁壯成長(zhǎng)。在此基礎(chǔ)之上，20世紀(jì)30年代，保險(xiǎn)業(yè)刊物隨著保險(xiǎn)業(yè)及印刷業(yè)、傳媒業(yè)的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生。 本文從保險(xiǎn)業(yè)刊物出發(fā)，以管理學(xué)中利益相關(guān)者原理為主線(xiàn)，逐一分析保險(xiǎn)業(yè)與從業(yè)者、社會(huì)環(huán)境及民眾之間的關(guān)系。保險(xiǎn)業(yè)刊物刊載以上三方面的內(nèi)容，最終目的在于促進(jìn)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。實(shí)際的效果來(lái)講，保額的不斷投入是保險(xiǎn)刊物為之努力的證明。
[Abstract]:During the Republic of China, the insurance industry in Shanghai continued to develop with the opening of the city. Foreign insurance companies entered, Chinese insurance companies, insurance industry has been established. The insurance industry thrives on the ancient land of China. On this basis, insurance publications emerged with the development of insurance industry, printing industry and media industry in the 1930's. Starting from the journal of insurance industry and taking the principle of stakeholders in management as the main line, this paper analyzes the relationship between insurance industry and practitioners, social environment and the public one by one. The insurance industry publication covers the above three areas with the ultimate aim of promoting the development of the insurance industry. Actual effect says, the ceaseless investment of insurance amount is the proof that insurance publication is working hard for it.
