【摘要】：構(gòu)建科學(xué)的長期照護體系是解決中國老齡化問題的重要途徑。發(fā)達(dá)國家在長期的實踐中形成了社會救助型長期照護、社會保險型長期照護、商業(yè)保險型長期照護三種制度模式,這些模式為中國長期照護服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建提供了思路。中國應(yīng)當(dāng)在借鑒國際經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國國情,構(gòu)建起以社會保險長期照護為主,以救助型、商業(yè)型長期照護為補充的長期照護體系。
[Abstract]:The construction of a scientific long-term care system is an important way to solve the problem of aging in China. In the long term, developed countries have formed a social assistance long-term care, social insurance long-term care, commercial insurance long-term care of the three institutional models, these models provide a train of thought for the construction of the long term care service system in China. On the basis of reference to international experience and the national conditions of China, a long-term care system, supplemented by long-term care based on social insurance and supplemented by commercial long-term care, is constructed.
