【摘要】：根據(jù)第六次人口普查結(jié)果，2010年廣東省已基本進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì)。對(duì)于老齡化社會(huì)的到來，人們普遍擔(dān)心的是未來養(yǎng)老保障問題�；谶@種擔(dān)憂，本文對(duì)廣東人口老齡化進(jìn)程和廣東省未來養(yǎng)老金收支平衡狀況進(jìn)行研究。 首先，本文根據(jù)人口普查數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)廣東省人口現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，利用年齡移算法對(duì)未來20年廣東省人口的結(jié)構(gòu)與規(guī)模進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)。然后，，利用預(yù)測(cè)的結(jié)果，在現(xiàn)先收現(xiàn)付的養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度下，探討不同退休年齡對(duì)廣東省養(yǎng)老金收支平衡的影響，同時(shí)利用灰色系統(tǒng)模型對(duì)廣東省未來20年養(yǎng)老金支付安全系數(shù)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明，如果保持目前的人口發(fā)展模式和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度不變，廣東未來相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間（至少20年），養(yǎng)老金收支狀況將保持良好且有較高的安全系數(shù)。另外，如果不考慮就業(yè)影響，延遲退休年齡會(huì)使養(yǎng)老金的收支狀況得到進(jìn)一步改善。 文章最后根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)的前提與結(jié)果，對(duì)廣東省未來養(yǎng)老金收支平衡問題，提出一些建議與思考。
[Abstract]:According to the results of the sixth census, Guangdong province has basically entered an aging society in 2010. For the coming of the aging society, people are generally concerned about the problem of the future old-age security. Based on this concern, this paper studies the aging process of the population in Guangdong and the balance of pension income and expenditure in the future of Guangdong province.
First, according to the census data, this paper analyzes the population status of Guangdong Province, and uses the age shift algorithm to predict the structure and scale of the population in Guangdong Province in the next 20 years. Then, using the forecast results, the influence of the retirement age on the pension balance of Guangdong province is discussed under the present payment of the pension insurance system. At the same time, the grey system model is used to predict the safety factor of pension payment in the next 20 years in Guangdong province. The results show that if the current population development model and economic growth rate remain constant, Guangdong will have a long time (at least 20 years) in the future (at least), and the pension revenue and expenditure will remain good and have a higher safety factor. Without considering the impact of employment, delaying retirement age will further improve the income and expenditure of pensions.
Finally, based on the precondition and result of the prediction, the article puts forward some suggestions and considerations for the balance of payments in the future of Guangdong province.
