【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)村居民健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有公共風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特質(zhì),政府為保障農(nóng)村居民健康的制度供給——新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)及大病醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度具有公共風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理導(dǎo)向。運(yùn)用公共管理學(xué)方法探討農(nóng)村居民健康保障的公共風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理導(dǎo)向及其效果,并進(jìn)一步探索創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村居民健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式,有助于解決我國(guó)農(nóng)村居民"看病難、看病貴"這一急迫的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The health risk of rural residents in China has the characteristics of public risk, and the government has the public risk management direction to provide the new rural cooperative medical insurance and the serious illness medical insurance system for the protection of rural residents' health. Using the method of public management to probe into the guidance and effect of public risk management of rural residents' health security, and further exploring and innovating the model of rural residents' health risk management, it is helpful to solve the problem that rural residents in our country are difficult to see a doctor. The urgent social problem of expensive medical treatment.
