【摘要】：非公企業(yè)高齡職工群體的養(yǎng)老問題,關(guān)系到他們是否分享經(jīng)濟發(fā)展成果,是否老有所養(yǎng)、老有所依等重大民生。本調(diào)研選取珠三角地區(qū)廣州、東莞、中山珠海四市,針對當?shù)夭糠址枪髽I(yè)高齡職工是否依法參加養(yǎng)老保險進行調(diào)研,采用抽樣問卷調(diào)查法與座談會分析法,運用STATA統(tǒng)計分析軟件和統(tǒng)計學(xué)假設(shè)檢驗分析方法,總結(jié)珠三角高齡職工參與社會保險的特點、分析形成的原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上為問題的解決提供政策建議。
[Abstract]:The old-age problem of senior citizens in non-public enterprises is related to whether they share the fruits of economic development, whether the elderly have a sense of security, and so on. This research selects four cities of Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Zhuhai in the Pearl River Delta region to investigate whether the senior citizens of some local non-public enterprises participate in the old-age insurance according to the law, and adopt the sampling questionnaire survey method and the analysis method of the forum. By using STATA software and statistical hypothesis test method, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the elderly workers in the Pearl River Delta participating in social insurance, analyzes the reasons for their formation, and provides policy suggestions for the solution of the problem.
