【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟時代,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)從資本、產(chǎn)品等層面過渡到了人力資源層面,只有那些擁有良好人力資資源且將人力資源的作用充分加以發(fā)揮的企業(yè)才能夠在激烈的市場環(huán)境中樹立持久競爭優(yōu)勢。績效考核作為人力資源管理的重要模塊之一,運用得當將能夠充分發(fā)揮人力資源這一企業(yè)最重要資源帶給企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要作用,越來越多的企業(yè)管理者開始認同績效考核的作用,并在績效考核方面進行了大量有益探索。這些年來,隨著我國保險行業(yè)競爭的不斷加劇,眾多保險公司紛紛在績效考核方案的構(gòu)建方面投入了大量的人力以及物力,希望能夠通過構(gòu)建適合企業(yè)自身情況的績效考核方案來給企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的提升注入更多的能量。然而調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),很多保險公司雖然通過績效考核方案的構(gòu)建以及實施一定程度上提升了企業(yè)的績效考核水平,但是總體來看并沒有取得預(yù)期的效果,遠遠無法有效的提升企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,并影響到了保險企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。鑒于此有必要對績效考核這一課題進行研究,希望通過本研究來為企業(yè)績效考核水平的提升做出有益探索。本文基于關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標考核法這一研究視角,選擇泰康人壽為研究對象,綜合運用文獻研究、個案研究等方法,在對該企業(yè)關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標考核過程中存在的問題進行全面分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對問題背后的原因進行了深入的挖掘,在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了績效考核方案的構(gòu)建以及優(yōu)化策略。 本文共分為六章。第一章為導論,闡述了研究背景與意義,梳理分析了國內(nèi)外研究文獻,闡述了本課題的研究框架與方法。第二部分為相關(guān)理論綜述,重點對績效考核、關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標法等核心概念進行了界定,并對績效考核方法以及績效考核和績效考核的區(qū)別進行了總結(jié)闡述。第三部分為案例分析,通過對泰康人壽公司關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標考核現(xiàn)狀分析進行了分析。第四部分依據(jù)績效考核的流程,對該公司關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標考核各個環(huán)節(jié)的所存在的問題進行了探討,并分析了原因。第五部分為泰康人壽公司關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標法考核方案設(shè)計,本章對該公司績效考核總體思路、指標設(shè)計、流程優(yōu)化、結(jié)果運用等內(nèi)容進行了概括。第五章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises has shifted from capital and products to human resources. Only those who have good human resources and give full play to the role of human resources can set up a lasting competitive advantage in the fierce market environment. As one of the important modules of human resource management, performance appraisal can give full play to the important role of human resource, which is the most important resource of the enterprise, to the development of the enterprise. More and more corporate managers begin to recognize the role of performance appraisal, and a lot of beneficial exploration in performance appraisal. Over the years, with the increasing competition in China's insurance industry, many insurance companies have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the construction of performance appraisal programs. It is hoped that we can inject more energy into the promotion of competitive advantage by constructing the performance appraisal scheme suitable for the enterprise's own situation. However, the survey found that many insurance companies, although the construction and implementation of performance appraisal programs to a certain extent improved the performance appraisal level of enterprises, but overall did not achieve the desired results. Far from being able to effectively enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises, and affected the healthy development of insurance enterprises. In view of this, it is necessary to study the subject of performance appraisal, hoping to make a beneficial exploration for the improvement of enterprise performance appraisal level through this research. Based on the research perspective of key performance indicators, this paper chooses Taikang Life Life as the research object, and comprehensively applies the methods of literature research and case study, etc. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the process of the evaluation of the key performance indicators of the enterprise, the causes behind the problems are deeply excavated, and the construction of the performance appraisal scheme and the optimization strategy are put forward. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, expatiating the research background and significance, combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign research literature, expounding the research frame and method of this subject. The second part is a review of relevant theories, focusing on the definition of performance appraisal, key performance indicators and other core concepts, and the performance evaluation method and the differences between performance appraisal and performance appraisal are summarized and expounded. The third part is the case study, through the Taikang Life Insurance Company's key performance indicators assessment status analysis. In the fourth part, according to the process of performance appraisal, the problems in the key performance indicators of the company are discussed, and the reasons are analyzed. The fifth part is the design of the key performance index method of Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. This chapter summarizes the overall idea, index design, process optimization and application of the results of the performance appraisal of Taikang Life Insurance Company. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
