湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介公司發(fā)展與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:中國的保險(xiǎn)中介行業(yè)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)走到了需要加強(qiáng)自身的綜合實(shí)力,提高企業(yè)的合規(guī)經(jīng)營能力,市場競爭能力,進(jìn)而提高整個(gè)保險(xiǎn)中介行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。截至2012年8月,在湖南8052家保險(xiǎn)中介渠道機(jī)構(gòu),目前仍處于多、小、散、亂狀態(tài),雖然在湖南保險(xiǎn)市場上展現(xiàn)了不少的成績,但也存在著不少發(fā)展初級(jí)階段的問題。在競爭日益激烈的保險(xiǎn)市場,許多公司面臨倒閉厄運(yùn),機(jī)構(gòu)大進(jìn)大出成為這一保險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)域的顯著特點(diǎn),急需解決的問題是找到穩(wěn)定的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策,供湖南各中介公司借鑒。在當(dāng)今國內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,國內(nèi)暫沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)段,湖南保險(xiǎn)中介市場的發(fā)展,應(yīng)走出自己的發(fā)展路,在借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家的保險(xiǎn)中介市場發(fā)展和開放的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合湖南市場的實(shí)際,走出一條有湖南特色的保險(xiǎn)中介行業(yè)發(fā)展之路。 本文用比較分析法、文獻(xiàn)分析法和實(shí)證分析方法有效地相結(jié)合進(jìn)行闡述。借用了2007年7月安豐君的《保險(xiǎn)中介渠道價(jià)值鏈分析及盈利模式研究》,2009年版張承惠的《保險(xiǎn)市場開放進(jìn)程與戰(zhàn)略》,2011年一2012年《湖南保險(xiǎn)年鑒》,2011年6月8日中國保險(xiǎn)報(bào)作者王穩(wěn),關(guān)于《國外保險(xiǎn)中介市場發(fā)展和開放的經(jīng)驗(yàn)》等文獻(xiàn)提供的資料,主要分析了湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介市場和各國中介市場的發(fā)展。針對(duì)湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介的市場環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,探討了湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介市場的發(fā)展建議,為您在把握湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介的市場走向和發(fā)展趨勢中提供參考建議,從而在競爭中領(lǐng)先一步贏得先機(jī)! 總結(jié)了現(xiàn)存的阻礙湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介公司進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的三個(gè)問題點(diǎn),即:沒有確定的發(fā)展方向、沒有確定的投資方向、經(jīng)營的盈利模式不完善。 提出湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介公司三個(gè)發(fā)展對(duì)策:一是規(guī)范化、專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化、集團(tuán)化、經(jīng)營國際化的發(fā)展方向;二是增大技術(shù)型投資、提高市場適應(yīng)能力、增加市場創(chuàng)新投入、把握理性投資的投資方向;三是完善內(nèi)部價(jià)值、跨界、合作渠道、產(chǎn)品價(jià)值產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的資源整合的盈利模式。以此為湖南城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)中介公司提供持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China's insurance intermediary industry has now come to the need to strengthen its comprehensive strength, improve the compliance of enterprises, market competitiveness, and then improve the sustainable development of the entire insurance intermediary industry. Up to August 2012, there are still many, small, scattered and chaotic insurance intermediary channels in Hunan Province. Although there are many achievements in Hunan insurance market, there are still many problems in the initial stage of development. In the increasingly competitive insurance market, many companies are facing the bad luck of closing down. The obvious characteristic of this insurance field is the big entry and exit of institutions. The urgent problem is to find the countermeasures of stable and sustainable development, which can be used for reference by various intermediary companies in Hunan Province. With the booming development of the domestic insurance industry, there is no time period for the domestic insurance industry to learn from the standards. The development of Hunan insurance intermediary market should go its own way and learn from the experience of the insurance intermediary market development and opening of the developed countries. Combined with the reality of Hunan market, out of a Hunan characteristics of insurance intermediary industry development. In this paper, the comparative analysis, literature analysis and empirical analysis methods are effectively combined to elaborate. In view of the present situation of the market environment of Hunan urban and rural insurance intermediary, this paper discusses the development suggestions of Hunan urban and rural insurance intermediary market, and provides reference suggestions for you to grasp the market trend and development trend of Hunan urban and rural insurance intermediary. So in the competition to win a step ahead of the opportunity! This paper summarizes three existing problems that hinder the further development of Hunan urban and rural insurance intermediary companies, that is, there is no definite direction of development, no definite direction of investment, and the profit model of operation is not perfect. Three development countermeasures of Hunan urban and rural insurance intermediary companies are put forward: one is the development direction of standardization, specialization, professionalization, collectivization, and the internationalization of management; the other is to increase technological investment, improve market adaptability, and increase market innovation investment. The third is to perfect the profit model of internal value, cross-border, cooperation channel and product value industry chain resources integration. In this regard, Hunan urban and rural insurance intermediary companies to provide the theoretical basis for sustainable development.
