【摘要】：以在三級醫(yī)院住院的參合農(nóng)民為研究對象,重點考察住院補償與疾病經(jīng)濟負(fù)擔(dān),為制定衛(wèi)生政策提供參考。以住院天數(shù)、患者年齡、自付費用為分組指標(biāo),通過組間比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn),參合農(nóng)民在三級醫(yī)院住院,新農(nóng)合補償水平低,農(nóng)民就醫(yī)負(fù)擔(dān)重,新農(nóng)合和大病保險制度不同程度地降低災(zāi)難性衛(wèi)生支出發(fā)生率,中年群體健康風(fēng)險比較嚴(yán)重,老年群體疾病負(fù)擔(dān)比較重�；陲L(fēng)險管理理論,將農(nóng)民工納入公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù),加強健康教育降低疾病發(fā)生率;新農(nóng)合和醫(yī)療救助等保障政策向老年人傾斜,將年齡納入補償政策,防止老年貧困。
[Abstract]:In order to provide reference for making health policy, this paper focuses on the compensation of hospitalization and economic burden of disease, taking the rural residents hospitalized in tertiary hospitals as the research object. Taking the days of hospitalization, the age of the patients and the out-of-pocket expenses as the grouping indexes, the comparative analysis among the groups showed that the participating farmers were hospitalized in the tertiary hospitals, the compensation level of the NCMS was low, and the burden on the peasants to seek medical treatment was heavy. The incidence of catastrophic health expenditure was reduced to some extent by the new rural cooperative and major illness insurance system. The health risk of the middle-aged population was serious and the burden of disease was heavy among the elderly population. Based on the theory of risk management, migrant workers are included in public health services, and health education is strengthened to reduce the incidence of diseases.
