【摘要】：2009年,我國開始啟動(dòng)森林保險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼試點(diǎn)工作,極大地提高了農(nóng)戶參保率。但由于現(xiàn)有保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品和補(bǔ)貼政策不能完全滿足農(nóng)戶需求,農(nóng)戶投保意愿并不強(qiáng)烈,因此,研究影響農(nóng)戶森林保險(xiǎn)需求的因素有助于優(yōu)化與完善森林保險(xiǎn)政策。理論上影響農(nóng)戶森林保險(xiǎn)需求的因素可分為主觀性、經(jīng)營性和客觀性因素。從以上3個(gè)角度對國內(nèi)外代表性的研究成果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,在總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)已有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出有關(guān)森林保險(xiǎn)需求方面的未來研究重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In 2009, China started the pilot work of forest insurance premium subsidy, which greatly improved the rate of farmers' participation in insurance. However, the existing insurance products and subsidy policies can not fully meet the needs of farmers, and the farmers' intention to insure is not strong. Therefore, it is helpful to optimize and perfect the forest insurance policies by studying the factors that affect the demand of farmers' forest insurance. Theoretically, the factors influencing farmers' demand for forest insurance can be divided into subjective, operational and objective factors. This paper systematically combs the representative research results at home and abroad from the above three angles, and puts forward the future research emphases on the demand of forest insurance on the basis of summarizing and evaluating the existing literatures.
