【摘要】：我國自恢復(fù)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)以來，保險(xiǎn)業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展，保險(xiǎn)業(yè)這一朝陽行業(yè)在我國金融體系乃至整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位日益重要。作為商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的重要組成部分之一的財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)，對(duì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。近年來，江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場整體發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好，各公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展步伐明顯加快，，但在發(fā)展過程中，各類問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來，如保險(xiǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、主體供給不足、競爭方式單一、法規(guī)體系缺失等，使江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)未能真正發(fā)揮其功效。本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場發(fā)展理論研究成果和實(shí)踐先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及態(tài)勢(shì)，分析了江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場拓展的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境及市場環(huán)境等，揭示了江西財(cái)險(xiǎn)市場拓展的制約因素，進(jìn)而提出江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場拓展的策略。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分：第一部分緒論，介紹了論文的研究背景、研究綜述、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、研究特色及對(duì)相關(guān)概念作出界定等；第二部分主要介紹了國內(nèi)外財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場發(fā)展的概況；第三部分從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、行業(yè)、市場等層面對(duì)江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場拓展的環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析；第四部分探討了江西財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場拓展的制約因素；第五部分從促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、優(yōu)化財(cái)險(xiǎn)市場環(huán)境、培養(yǎng)財(cái)險(xiǎn)優(yōu)秀人才、加強(qiáng)同業(yè)自律合作、加強(qiáng)社會(huì)輿論引導(dǎo)等方面提出了江西財(cái)險(xiǎn)市場拓展的策略和實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。
[Abstract]:Since the resumption of insurance business in China, the insurance industry has been developing rapidly. The rising sun industry of insurance industry has become increasingly important in China's financial system and the whole national economy. As an important part of commercial insurance, property insurance plays an important role in the development of insurance industry and social economy. In recent years, Jiangxi property insurance market as a whole has been developing well, and the business development of various companies has been accelerated obviously. However, in the process of development, various kinds of problems have gradually emerged, such as the imbalance of insurance structure, the insufficient supply of the main body, and the single mode of competition. The absence of laws and regulations makes Jiangxi property insurance fail to play its role. Based on the theoretical research results and practical advanced experience of property insurance market at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation and situation of Jiangxi property insurance market, and analyzes the economic environment of Jiangxi property insurance market development. The policy environment, industry environment and market environment reveal the restrictive factors of Jiangxi property insurance market development, and then put forward the strategy of Jiangxi property insurance market expansion. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the introduction, introduced the research background, research review, research content, research methods, research characteristics and the definition of related concepts; The second part mainly introduces the development of property insurance market at home and abroad, the third part analyzes the development environment of Jiangxi property insurance market from the aspects of economy, policy, industry, market and so on. The fourth part discusses the restricting factors of Jiangxi property insurance market development, the fifth part from promoting the regional economic development, optimizing the property insurance market environment, training the excellent talents of property insurance, strengthening the self-discipline cooperation of the industry. Strengthen the guidance of public opinion and other aspects of Jiangxi property insurance market expansion strategy and realization path.
