【摘要】：正我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),對(duì)金融保險(xiǎn)支農(nóng)提出了新要求,需要農(nóng)業(yè)、財(cái)政、保險(xiǎn)部門(mén)通力合作,推動(dòng)"三農(nóng)"保險(xiǎn)升級(jí)擴(kuò)面當(dāng)前,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化依然是新四化同步的短板,加快轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式、推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的任務(wù)十分迫切。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,保險(xiǎn)作為一種市場(chǎng)化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制、社會(huì)互助機(jī)制和社會(huì)管理機(jī)制,對(duì)解決"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題,不但具有獨(dú)到的優(yōu)勢(shì),而且還大有作為。目前,中國(guó)人民保險(xiǎn)集團(tuán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱人保集團(tuán))在國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的份額始終保持在50%以上,很好地發(fā)揮了三農(nóng)保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)的主渠道和主力軍作用。
[Abstract]:The economy of our country is entering the new normal, putting forward new requirements to finance and insurance supporting agriculture. It needs the cooperation of agriculture, finance and insurance departments to promote the "three rural" insurance upgrading and expanding. At present, the modernization of agriculture is still a short board of the new four modernizations. The task of speeding up the transformation of agricultural development and promoting agricultural modernization is very urgent. In this process, insurance, as a market-oriented risk transfer mechanism, social mutual aid mechanism and social management mechanism, not only has unique advantages in solving the "three rural" problems, but also has great achievements. At present, the people's Insurance Group of China (hereinafter referred to as the people's Insurance Group) in the domestic agricultural insurance industry share has been maintained at more than 50%, a good play to the three rural insurance service and the main role of the main force.
