【摘要】：保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)是我國金融行業(yè)的重要組成部分,在其高速發(fā)展下,作為保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)形象窗口的保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員的行為規(guī)范和職業(yè)道德水平,直接影響著人們對整個(gè)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的信任度。由于在行業(yè)快速發(fā)展中保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)各類制度建設(shè)的滯后,尤其是對保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)道德建設(shè)工作重視程度不夠,保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員道德失范的事件時(shí)有發(fā)生。這不僅影響了保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展及在社會(huì)中的良好形象,更波動(dòng)著全社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定與和諧。因此,本文運(yùn)用一些社會(huì)學(xué)科的綜合理論,采用理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的方法,通過查閱保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)和企業(yè)內(nèi)部的從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的相關(guān)資料,對分析保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入研究分析,從而提出如何加強(qiáng)保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員道德建設(shè)的對策和建議作為研究課題,旨在通過理論研究指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐工作,提升保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)道德水平,從而有效地促進(jìn)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè),乃至整個(gè)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的可持續(xù)性健康的發(fā)展,并且對社會(huì)帶來積極效應(yīng)和正能量。 本文研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)論如下：首先,簡要陳述本文研究的背景、研究目的和意義、研究方法以及全文的結(jié)構(gòu)框架；其次,概述本文研究對象的一些基本理論,如職業(yè)、職業(yè)道德及保險(xiǎn)業(yè)職業(yè)道德的相關(guān)概念；再次,全面分析我國保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德的現(xiàn)狀,并找出我國保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)存的問題,選用四個(gè)典型案例進(jìn)行例證和闡述,由此分析出我國保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德問題的成因；緊接著,針對具體問題的分析提出加強(qiáng)我國保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的相關(guān)對策。包括：重視保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德教育、建立保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)防機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等；最后,對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出未來的展望。
[Abstract]:The insurance industry is an important part of the financial industry in China. With its rapid development, the standards of conduct and professional ethics of the insurance practitioners, as a window of the image of the insurance industry, have a direct impact on people's confidence in the insurance industry as a whole. Due to the lag of the construction of various systems in insurance enterprises in the rapid development of the insurance industry, especially the insufficient attention paid to the construction of insurance practitioners' professional ethics, the incidents of insurance practitioners' moral anomie occur from time to time. This not only affects the healthy and sustainable development of the insurance industry and the good image in the society, but also fluctuates the stability and harmony of the whole society. Therefore, this paper uses some comprehensive theories of social disciplines, adopts the method of combining theory with practice, through consulting the relevant information of professional ethics construction of employees in insurance industry and enterprises. This paper makes an in-depth study and analysis on the present situation of insurance practitioners' professional ethics, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the moral construction of insurance practitioners, in order to guide the practical work through theoretical research. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of insurance enterprises and even the whole insurance industry, it will bring positive effect and positive energy to the society. The contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and the structure of the thesis are briefly stated. Secondly, some basic theories of the research object, such as occupation, are summarized. The related concepts of professional ethics and insurance professional ethics; thirdly, comprehensively analyze the current situation of insurance professional ethics in China, and find out the existing problems of insurance professional ethics in China. Four typical cases are selected to illustrate and elaborate, from which the causes of professional ethics of insurance practitioners in China are analyzed. Then, the relevant countermeasures to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of insurance practitioners in China are put forward according to the analysis of specific problems. It includes: pay attention to the professional ethics education of insurance industry personnel, establish the prevention mechanism of the insurance profession personnel professional ethics risk, strengthen the insurance profession personnel professional ethics team construction and so on; finally, carry on the summary to the full text, and put forward the prospect in the future.
