【摘要】:經(jīng)過近20年的發(fā)展,重大疾病保險(xiǎn)在我國(guó)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為健康保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)上一個(gè)十分重要的險(xiǎn)種。隨著相關(guān)法規(guī)的頒布,重大疾病的定義得到了統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范。重大疾病經(jīng)驗(yàn)發(fā)生率表的編制也在一定程度上降低了費(fèi)率厘定過程中面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。同時(shí),國(guó)家為支持健康服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展而頒布的相關(guān)政策也將共同促進(jìn)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展。隨著女性經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),女性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)也在不斷增加,將激發(fā)女性對(duì)于重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的需求。女性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好、死亡率、重大疾病發(fā)生率以及預(yù)期壽命都與男性存在著較大的差異,,與男性相比,女性對(duì)于重大疾病保險(xiǎn)有著更大的需求。以女性的身體健康作為特殊的保險(xiǎn)對(duì)象設(shè)計(jì)的保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品有著廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景,將有助于保險(xiǎn)公司拓展女性市場(chǎng)這一新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域。 本文首先介紹了重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的定義、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、女性重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的特征,在對(duì)女性重大疾病保險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上說明了設(shè)計(jì)女性重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的必要性和可行性。接著在遵循產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則、符合S壽險(xiǎn)公司產(chǎn)品開發(fā)策略、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)定位的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合銷售渠道特點(diǎn)及女性不同階段的保險(xiǎn)需求設(shè)計(jì)出了女性重大疾病保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品,并完成了保險(xiǎn)合同的設(shè)計(jì)。然后運(yùn)用多狀態(tài)Markov方法從理論上對(duì)產(chǎn)品的定價(jià)進(jìn)行了探討。最后結(jié)合S壽險(xiǎn)公司的渠道優(yōu)勢(shì)和S公司發(fā)展重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的劣勢(shì),從推進(jìn)重點(diǎn)渠道、緊密結(jié)合政府政策、引進(jìn)健康管理服務(wù)、提高理賠服務(wù)質(zhì)量四個(gè)方面介紹了女性重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的推廣策略。
[Abstract]:After nearly 20 years of development, major disease insurance has developed into a very important insurance in the health insurance market in China. With the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations, the definition of major diseases has been unified norms. To a certain extent, the risk of rate setting is reduced by compiling the incidence table of major diseases. At the same time, the relevant policies issued by the state to support the development of health services will promote the development of major illness insurance. As women's economic strength increases, women's awareness of risk will also increase, which will stimulate women's demand for insurance against major illnesses. Women's risk appetite, mortality, incidence of major diseases, and life expectancy are significantly different from men, and women have a greater need for major illness insurance than men. The insurance products designed with the health of women as the special insurance objects have a broad market prospect, which will help the insurance companies to expand the new business field of the female market. This paper first introduces the definition of major disease insurance, the present situation at home and abroad, the characteristics of women's major disease insurance, and explains the necessity and feasibility of designing female major disease insurance on the basis of the analysis of the requirement of female major disease insurance. Then, on the basis of following the basic principles of product design, in line with the product development strategy of S life insurance company and the target market positioning, combining the characteristics of sales channels and the insurance demand of women at different stages, we designed the women's major diseases insurance products. And completed the design of the insurance contract. Then the multi-state Markov method is used to discuss the pricing of products theoretically. Finally, combining the channel advantages of S Life Insurance Company and the disadvantage of S Company in developing major disease insurance, from promoting key channels, closely combining government policies, introducing health management services, Four aspects of improving the quality of claim service introduced the promotion strategy of women's major illness insurance.
