【摘要】：正《改善新農(nóng)合受益結(jié)構(gòu)的思考及對策建議》系2012年河北省社會(huì)科學(xué)基金委托研究項(xiàng)目(HB2012WT87)的研究成果,成果形式為研究報(bào)告。項(xiàng)目主持人為河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)葉金國,課題組成員為河北行政學(xué)院甄貞、河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)趙冬梅,該課題獲得第八屆河北省社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。研究內(nèi)容:(1)對目前新農(nóng)合受益結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題以及改善新農(nóng)合受益結(jié)構(gòu)的意義進(jìn)行了探討。研究成果認(rèn)為,隨著新農(nóng)合保障水平的不斷提高,受益結(jié)構(gòu)問題進(jìn)一步顯現(xiàn),外出務(wù)工的參合農(nóng)
[Abstract]:"Thinking and Countermeasures of improving the benefit structure of the new rural cooperation" is the research result of the research project entrusted by the Hebei Social Science Fund (HB2012WT87) in 2012. The result form is the research report. The project host is Ye Jinguo of Hebei University of Economics and Business, the member of the project group is Zhen Zhen and Zhao Dongmei of Hebei University of Economics and Business, and the project of Hebei University of Economics and Business is obtained. The first prize of the eighth Hebei social science fund project outstanding achievement award. Research content: (1) to discuss the existing problems of the new NCMS benefit structure and the significance of improving the benefits structure of the new rural cooperation.
