【摘要】：作為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶近年來(lái)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好,但隨著城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),經(jīng)濟(jì)帶內(nèi)失地農(nóng)民數(shù)量日趨增多,養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題逐漸成為關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。本文在分別測(cè)算經(jīng)濟(jì)帶失地農(nóng)民養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)財(cái)政資金供求額之后,利用計(jì)量軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,找出影響失地農(nóng)民養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)財(cái)政資金供求數(shù)額的因素,對(duì)地方財(cái)政彌補(bǔ)失地農(nóng)民養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)資金缺口能力進(jìn)行分析,并提出彌補(bǔ)缺口的建議。
[Abstract]:Liaoning coastal economic belt, as a national strategy, has been developing well in recent years. However, with the advancement of urbanization, the number of land-lost farmers in the economic belt is increasing day by day, and the issue of old-age insurance has gradually become the focus of attention. After calculating the supply and demand of the financial funds of the peasants' pension insurance in the economic belt, this paper makes an empirical analysis on them by using the measurement software, and finds out the factors that affect the amount of the financial funds of the peasants' pension insurance in the lost land. This paper analyzes the ability of local finance to make up the gap of endowment insurance fund of land-lost farmers, and puts forward some suggestions to make up the gap.
