【摘要】：正天津人保積極主動(dòng)參與社會(huì)管理,充分發(fā)揮保險(xiǎn)保障地方經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展、維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定方面"減震器"和"潤(rùn)滑劑"的作用"十二五"時(shí)期是我國(guó)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,是深化改革開放、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期。保險(xiǎn)作為市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本手段,作為金融體系和社會(huì)保障體系的重要組成部分,如何有效發(fā)揮自身的社會(huì)管理功能重要課題。人保財(cái)險(xiǎn)天津市分公司(下稱"天津人保")作為天津市場(chǎng)規(guī)模最大的國(guó)有保險(xiǎn)企業(yè),成立60多年來一直踐行"人民保險(xiǎn)、服務(wù)人民"的使命,特別是在近年來通過在擴(kuò)大農(nóng)險(xiǎn)保障范圍,創(chuàng)新保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品,大力發(fā)展各類責(zé)任保險(xiǎn)等方面大力發(fā)揮保險(xiǎn)社會(huì)管理功能作用,積極服務(wù)天津市經(jīng)濟(jì)民生,
[Abstract]:Tianjin PICC is actively participating in social management, giving full play to insurance to ensure the smooth development of the local economy. The function of "shock absorber" and "lubricant" in maintaining social harmony and stability is the key period for building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country, and a critical period for deepening reform and opening up and speeding up the transformation of economic development mode. As the basic means of risk management under the market economy, as an important part of the financial system and social security system, how to effectively exert its own social management function is an important topic. As the largest state-owned insurance enterprise in Tianjin, PICC Tianjin Branch (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin PICC) has been carrying out the mission of "people's Insurance and serving the people" since its establishment for more than 60 years. In particular, in recent years, by expanding the scope of agricultural insurance, innovating insurance products, and vigorously developing all kinds of liability insurance, the social management functions of insurance have been brought into full play, and Tianjin's economy and people's livelihood have been actively served.
