【摘要】：目的:設(shè)立評價農(nóng)戶應(yīng)對疾病經(jīng)濟風(fēng)險的策略是否成功的標(biāo)準,找出影響策略的因素,提供農(nóng)戶成功應(yīng)對疾病經(jīng)濟風(fēng)險的措施。方法:利用湖北恩施州某縣部分農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),建立Logit模型來獲得顯著影響策略的因素。結(jié)果:在農(nóng)村醫(yī)療保障制度比較完善的情況下,仍有22.5%的農(nóng)戶應(yīng)對疾病經(jīng)濟風(fēng)險策略是不成功的。結(jié)論:顯著影響農(nóng)戶策略的是家庭因素(家庭人均收入、經(jīng)濟狀況、非農(nóng)收入比重、社會資本)。建議政府出臺政策幫助農(nóng)民實現(xiàn)收入的多樣化,搭建農(nóng)民間互助合作的平臺等非財政措施,保證農(nóng)民有效應(yīng)對疾病經(jīng)濟風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the criteria for assessing the success of the farmers' strategies to cope with the economic risk of disease, to find out the factors affecting the strategy, and to provide the measures for the successful response of the farmers to the risk of the disease. Methods: using the survey data of some farmers in a county in Enshi, Hubei, the Logit model was established to obtain the factors that significantly affect the strategy. Under the condition that the barrier system is relatively perfect, 22.5% of the farmers' coping strategies for the disease are unsuccessful. Conclusion: family factors (family per capita income, economic situation, non agricultural income proportion, social capital) are the main factors affecting farmers' strategy. It is suggested that the government should introduce policies to help farmers diversify their income and build mutual assistance among farmers. Non financial measures such as cooperation platform ensure farmers effectively deal with economic risks of diseases.
