【摘要】：縱觀世界各主要保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng),無論在崇尚自由經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是在處于半開放狀態(tài)的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,外資保險(xiǎn)的比重都較低。本文引入一個(gè)新的概念——國(guó)家主權(quán)個(gè)性,并從宏觀層面、行業(yè)層面和微觀層面界定其內(nèi)涵及表現(xiàn)形式,為相關(guān)的實(shí)證研究奠定基礎(chǔ);對(duì)部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家的外資保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,通過國(guó)際比較,對(duì)理論研究進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。以國(guó)家主權(quán)個(gè)性為研究主線,借助于PEST模型和波特的五力模型,采用理論研究、實(shí)證分析和國(guó)際比較的方法,系統(tǒng)研究和總結(jié)外資保險(xiǎn)境外發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果將為保險(xiǎn)金融集團(tuán)的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略提供一種依據(jù)或考察標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使得保險(xiǎn)公司或其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)海外擴(kuò)張的戰(zhàn)略選擇更加有據(jù)可循。
[Abstract]:Looking at the major insurance markets in the world, the proportion of foreign capital insurance is low in both the developed countries which advocate free economy and the developing countries that are in the semi-open state. This paper introduces a new concept, the national sovereignty personality, and defines its connotation and manifestation form from the macro level, the industry level and the microscopic level, which lays the foundation for the related empirical research. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the development of foreign capital insurance in some developed countries and developing countries, and makes an empirical test on the theoretical research through international comparison. With the help of PEST model and Porter's five-force model, the author systematically studies and summarizes the general law of the overseas development of foreign capital insurance by means of theoretical research, empirical analysis and international comparison. The research results will provide a basis or standard for the internationalization strategy of insurance financial groups, and make insurance companies or other financial institutions to expand overseas strategic choices more evidence-based.
