【摘要】：正日前,環(huán)保部與保監(jiān)會(huì)聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于開(kāi)展環(huán)境污染強(qiáng)制責(zé)任保險(xiǎn)試點(diǎn)工作的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》)�！兑庖�(jiàn)》明確3類企業(yè)必須強(qiáng)制投保社會(huì)環(huán)境污染強(qiáng)制責(zé)任險(xiǎn),否則將在環(huán)評(píng)、信貸等方面受到影響。業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示,這是利用市場(chǎng)手段防治環(huán)境污染的有益嘗試,將規(guī)范高污染企業(yè)的危廢處理行為。
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the CIRC jointly issued the guidelines on the pilot work of compulsory liability insurance for environmental pollution (hereinafter referred to as "opinions").
