【摘要】：為使大病保險(xiǎn)基金穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行、確保參保個(gè)體享受到足夠的保障水平,制定出科學(xué)合理的補(bǔ)償方案是至關(guān)重要的.對(duì)我國(guó)大病保險(xiǎn)實(shí)務(wù)中的區(qū)間分段模式進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)這5種模式的數(shù)學(xué)特征進(jìn)行了探討,通過極限的方法將這些模式統(tǒng)一在同一個(gè)框架之下,舉例并對(duì)比分析了這些模式的差異,結(jié)果顯示,區(qū)間等分模式優(yōu)于其它模式,增加區(qū)間分段數(shù)量可減少過度醫(yī)療的發(fā)生.
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the stable operation of the insurance fund for serious illness and to ensure that the insured individual enjoys sufficient security level, it is very important to formulate a scientific and reasonable compensation scheme.This paper summarizes the interval-segment models in the practice of serious illness insurance in China, and probes into the mathematical characteristics of the five models, and unifies these models under the same frame by the method of limit.The results show that the interval equipartition model is superior to other models, and increasing the number of interval segments can reduce the occurrence of excessive medical treatment.
