【摘要】：近十年來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度迅猛，我國已經(jīng)成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時，醫(yī)療技術(shù)也突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，很多以往“絕癥”目前已能夠治愈或延長壽命，但隨之而來的是昂貴的醫(yī)療費(fèi)。因此，人們開始規(guī)劃自身的健康費(fèi)用問題。采取什么樣的方式使自己的健康在經(jīng)濟(jì)上有一個很好的保障。無疑，員工投保團(tuán)體健康保險是一個成本低廉，，且行之有效的方法。隨著近5年員工福利待遇的提高，團(tuán)體健康保險逐漸成為團(tuán)體組織吸引人才，留住人才的“金手銬”。 雖然中國人壽北分公司團(tuán)體健康保險業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展，自身的成本管理存在問題也逐步顯現(xiàn)：包括理賠率高，整體業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模較小，成本控制手段不科學(xué)、不到位，導(dǎo)致運(yùn)營成本過高等。因此，本文嘗試著在中國人壽北分公司團(tuán)體健康保險產(chǎn)業(yè)引入戰(zhàn)略成本管理的理念，有針對性的運(yùn)用了層次分析、規(guī)范分析、對比分析和實(shí)證分析等研究方法，創(chuàng)新地提出了中國人壽北京公司如何在團(tuán)體健康保險進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略成本管理；如何更好地讓戰(zhàn)略成本管理工具為公司所用，本文結(jié)合中國人壽北分公司團(tuán)體健康保險業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略定位分析、價值鏈分析和成本動因分析三大工具進(jìn)行了論述和方案設(shè)計，著重地強(qiáng)調(diào)了戰(zhàn)略成本管理方法如何在中國人壽北分公司結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行更好、更合理的應(yīng)用，并根據(jù)筆者在中國人壽北分公司十年多工作的經(jīng)歷，結(jié)合所在單位團(tuán)體健康保險成本管理的實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行了充分論證。
[Abstract]:China has become the second largest economy in the world with the rapid economic development in recent ten years.At the same time of economic development, medical technology has also developed by leaps and bounds. Many "terminal diseases" in the past have now been able to cure or prolong life expectancy, but with it comes the high cost of medical treatment.As a result, people begin to plan their own health costs.What kind of way to make oneself healthy has a very good safeguard in the economy.Undoubtedly, group health insurance for employees is a low-cost and effective method.With the improvement of employee welfare in recent five years, group health insurance has gradually become a golden handcuff for group organizations to attract and retain talents.Despite the rapid development of the group health insurance business of China Life North Branch, the existing problems in its own cost management have gradually emerged: including the high rate of claim settlement, the small scale of the overall business, the unscientific means of cost control, and the inadequacy of the cost control measures.Lead to excessive operating costs and so on.Therefore, this paper tries to introduce the concept of strategic cost management in the group health insurance industry of China Life North Branch, using the methods of hierarchical analysis, normative analysis, comparative analysis and empirical analysis.Innovatively put forward how China Life Beijing Company carries on the strategic cost management in the group health insurance, how to make the strategic cost management tool better for the company to use,Based on the characteristics of the development of health insurance business in China Life North Branch, this paper focuses on the analysis of strategic orientation, value chain analysis and cost driver analysis.Emphasis is placed on how the strategic cost management method can be applied better and more reasonably in China Life North Branch in combination with its own actual situation, and according to the author's more than ten years' work experience in China Life North Branch.Combined with the unit group health insurance cost management of the actual case has been fully demonstrated.
