【摘要】：整合養(yǎng)老資源與醫(yī)療資源,構(gòu)建養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、護(hù)理、康復(fù)等一站式服務(wù)體系,是滿足多元化健康養(yǎng)老需求的必然趨勢(shì)。本文依據(jù)當(dāng)前醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合主要結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系及其特點(diǎn),基于醫(yī)保視閾研究服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)在服務(wù)能力、行政監(jiān)管、報(bào)銷結(jié)算等方面面臨的問題,并分析精準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃定位、行政協(xié)同聯(lián)動(dòng)、醫(yī)保制度整合、"醫(yī)養(yǎng)對(duì)接""醫(yī)醫(yī)對(duì)接"、商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)配套等對(duì)實(shí)施醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合模式的優(yōu)化作用。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable trend to integrate old-age resources and medical resources and to construct a one-stop service system such as old-age care, medical care, nursing care, rehabilitation and so on.According to the main structural relationship and characteristics of the current medical-support combination, based on the problems faced by the medical insurance visual research service institutions in the aspects of service capability, administrative supervision, reimbursement settlement, and so on, this paper analyzes the precise planning orientation, administrative coordination and linkage, etc.The integration of medical insurance system, docking of medical care, docking of medical and medical, commercial insurance and so on optimize the mode of combination of medical and nursing.
