太平人壽續(xù)收服務(wù)專員人力費(fèi)用優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:2014年8月,國務(wù)院發(fā)布了《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的若干意見》,就保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展提出了一系列的重大戰(zhàn)略部署,提升了保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)地位。保險(xiǎn)業(yè)作為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要支柱,處于非常重要的位置。太平人壽保險(xiǎn)有限公司(簡稱:太平人壽)作為一家全國排名前10的大中型國有壽險(xiǎn)公司,2001年于上海全面恢復(fù)國內(nèi)壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)以來,新單保費(fèi)和續(xù)期保費(fèi)收入也逐年攀升。2007年,太平人壽成立了專門的續(xù)期收費(fèi)部門保費(fèi)部,同時(shí)配置了相應(yīng)的外勤人力,用于保費(fèi)續(xù)期收費(fèi)和公司客戶續(xù)期服務(wù)工作。隨著續(xù)期保費(fèi)量(2015年續(xù)期保費(fèi)收入已占公司總保費(fèi)收入的50%)和續(xù)期保單件數(shù)的不斷提升,這只外勤隊(duì)伍的人力從2007年成立初期的331人,發(fā)展到2015年年底的1542人。續(xù)期外勤隊(duì)伍的壯大,在助推了公司續(xù)期收費(fèi)進(jìn)度加快的同時(shí),也給公司人力費(fèi)用帶來了壓力。本文將從交易費(fèi)用理論角度出發(fā),研究激勵(lì)式薪酬模式,以太平人壽的續(xù)期收費(fèi)隊(duì)伍作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)各分支機(jī)構(gòu)的人力現(xiàn)狀,人力費(fèi)用不斷升高等問題進(jìn)行闡述;結(jié)合太平人壽續(xù)期條線的目標(biāo),運(yùn)用激勵(lì)相容理論,對(duì)于不同層級(jí)的分支機(jī)構(gòu)給出可行性方案,為公司制定隊(duì)伍的人力費(fèi)用優(yōu)化方法提供參考。通過對(duì)太平人壽續(xù)收服務(wù)專員人力現(xiàn)狀、人員薪資結(jié)構(gòu)做全面的分析與思考,提出改善措施和建議的同時(shí),希望可以對(duì)太平集團(tuán)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)乃至同行業(yè)的外勤隊(duì)伍人力費(fèi)用管控起到重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In August 2014, the State Council issued the "on accelerating the development of modern insurance services industry views", the reform and development of the insurance industry put forward a series of important strategic deployment, enhance the insurance industry's position in the industry. The insurance industry as an important pillar of China's economic development, in a very important position. The Taiping Life Insurance Ltd. (abbreviation: TPL) as a national top 10 large and medium-sized state-owned life insurance company, since 2001 in Shanghai, the full recovery of domestic life insurance business, a new single premium and premium income is increasing year by year.2007 years, TPL established a special department of premium renewal fees, while the configuration of the corresponding field of human for premium renewal fees, and customer service work. With the renewal premium amount (2015 renewal premium income accounted for the company's total premium income of 50%) and continued Paul single The number of continuous improvement, the OPS team was established in 2007 331 at the early stage of human development, to 1542 by the end of 2015. The growth of the team in the field of renewal, boost the company's renewal fees to speed up the progress at the same time, but also to the human costs brought pressure. This paper from the perspective of transaction cost theory, research the incentive compensation model, the renewal fees team of Taiping Life as the research object, the status of human resource of the various branches of the higher problem of rising personnel costs; combined with the renewal of Taiping Life Line, using the theory of incentive compatibility, the branches of different levels are feasible, providing reference to human cost optimization method making team for the company. The Taiping Life continued to close the service status of human resource, staff salary structure to do a comprehensive analysis and thinking, put forward the improvement measures and suggestions. At the same time, the hope of the Pacific Group within the system and even in the same industry in the field of human cost control team plays an important practical significance.
