【摘要】：基于對(duì)河南省新鄉(xiāng)市4個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))1000名農(nóng)民工的問卷調(diào)查,利用Logistic模型對(duì)農(nóng)民工社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參與意愿進(jìn)行實(shí)證經(jīng)濟(jì)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工的參保意愿較強(qiáng)烈,有90.7%的農(nóng)民工表示愿意參與社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)。在個(gè)體特征方面,農(nóng)民工的年齡、學(xué)歷、收入對(duì)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參與意愿有顯著影響并呈正相關(guān);在制度認(rèn)知方面,農(nóng)民工對(duì)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)政策的了解程度對(duì)其社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參與意愿有顯著影響并呈正相關(guān);在企業(yè)行為方面,企業(yè)對(duì)農(nóng)民工參保的鼓勵(lì)程度對(duì)其社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參與意愿有顯著影響并呈正相關(guān)。因此,在針對(duì)農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)制度設(shè)計(jì)中,不僅要充分考慮農(nóng)民工的保障需求水平和繳費(fèi)能力,還要從農(nóng)民工個(gè)人特征、制度認(rèn)知、企業(yè)行為的差異入手,有針對(duì)性地提升農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參與意愿。
[Abstract]:Based on a questionnaire survey of 1 000 migrant workers in 4 counties (cities and districts) of Xinxiang City in Henan Province the Logistic model is used to demonstrate the willingness of migrant workers to participate in social insurance.The study found that the willingness of migrant workers to participate in social insurance is stronger, and 90.7% of migrant workers are willing to participate in social insurance.In terms of individual characteristics, the age, educational background and income of migrant workers have a significant impact on the willingness to participate in social insurance and positive correlation; in terms of institutional cognition,The level of understanding of social insurance policy of migrant workers has a significant impact on their willingness to participate in social insurance and has a positive correlation; in terms of corporate behavior,The degree of enterprises encouraging migrant workers to participate in insurance has a significant impact on their willingness to participate in social insurance and has a positive correlation.Therefore, in the design of the social insurance system for migrant workers, we should not only fully consider the level of protection demand and the ability to pay fees of migrant workers, but also start with the differences of individual characteristics, institutional cognition and corporate behavior of migrant workers.Improve the willingness of migrant workers to participate in social insurance.
