【摘要】:正黨的十八大報告明確指出,要改革和完善企業(yè)和機關事業(yè)單位社會保險制度。這為人力資源社會保障系統(tǒng)在未來一段時間內(nèi)的工作重點進行了布局。就這一任務來說,目前最受關注的就是機關工作人員即公務員的社會保險制度,尤其是養(yǎng)老保險制度的完善和改革問題。養(yǎng)老保險制度類型分析從籌資渠道的角度來看,養(yǎng)老保險制度共分三種:國家保障型、責任共擔型和自我積累型。國家保障型即
