【摘要】：正建立新農(nóng)保制度是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展到現(xiàn)階段的一種必然趨勢,是逐步縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距、打破城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)、推進(jìn)公共服務(wù)均等化的基礎(chǔ)性工程,使中國農(nóng)民感受到了國家發(fā)展的溫度全國兩會召開在即,回顧前一屆政府的五年工作,其中備受稱道與贊譽(yù)的戰(zhàn)略舉措就是推進(jìn)新型農(nóng)村社會養(yǎng)老保險(以下簡稱"新農(nóng)保"),使中國農(nóng)民享受到了"前無古人"的待遇,感受到了國家發(fā)展的溫度。
