【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)廣東MJ市大病保險(xiǎn)調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn):保險(xiǎn)公司通過(guò)介入居民健康管理,創(chuàng)新醫(yī)護(hù)人員薪酬績(jī)效指標(biāo)體系,搭建"商社醫(yī)"信息共享平臺(tái),建立"三位一體"費(fèi)用管控機(jī)制,使醫(yī)保審核效率有效提升、患者醫(yī)療費(fèi)用支出降低、大病保險(xiǎn)賠付支出得到控制,提高了居民醫(yī)療保障水平和健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防水平,對(duì)我國(guó)其他地區(qū)開(kāi)展保險(xiǎn)公司管控大病保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and investigation of the serious illness insurance in MJ City, Guangdong Province, it is found that the insurance company establishes the "trinity" cost control mechanism by intervening in the residents' health management, innovating the salary performance index system of the medical personnel, setting up the information sharing platform of "business society and medicine", and establishing the "trinity" cost control mechanism. So that the efficiency of medical insurance audit can be effectively improved, patients' medical expenses will be reduced, and the expenses of insurance compensation for serious illness will be controlled, thus raising the level of medical security and health risk prevention of residents. Other regions of our country to carry out insurance companies to control the cost of serious illness insurance has certain reference significance.
