中銀保險安徽分公司績效管理方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:績效管理工作是依據(jù)公司管理層與總、分公司高管人員之間達成的績效目標實施的、對績效過程予以跟蹤管理、以獎罰分明的問責(zé)措施為保障,確保達成經(jīng)營目標的動態(tài)過程。它以經(jīng)營目標和工作任務(wù)為核心,以員工為對象,以提升組織業(yè)績?yōu)樽罱K目的。以中銀保險安徽分公司為例,對績效管理體系進行全面研究,通過對中銀保險安徽分公司績效管理工作現(xiàn)狀進行研究和探討,提出對其方案的優(yōu)化和改進,同時對新的方案重新設(shè)計出指標、運作和反饋體系。 論文分為本文主要分為六個部分進行論述:第一部分:緒論部分,論述論文的研究背景、研究意義和目的,闡述在績效管理方面國外、國內(nèi)的主要方法、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)應(yīng)用,以及論文的研究方法和研究內(nèi)容;第二部分:有關(guān)績效考核的理論研究,具體包括:績效考核有關(guān)概念、績效管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計的分類和內(nèi)容、績效考核的方法;第三部分:主要是中銀保險安徽分公司績效考核體系的優(yōu)化,在圍繞中銀保險安徽分公司績效考核戰(zhàn)略目標的基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析,建立中銀保險安徽分公司績效考核指標和考核指標的賦值、權(quán)重,對原有的考核體系進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計;第四部分,實地對中銀保險安徽分公司的績效考核進行組織實施,通過實施具體方案,闡述事前、事中、事后三個部分的具體情況;第五部分,進行論文結(jié)論的概述,包括研究成果、問題、改進三個部分。
[Abstract]:Performance management is the basis of the management of the company and the total, reached between branch executives performance targets, tracking performance management process, to be accountable for security measures, to ensure the dynamic process of the achievement of business objectives. Its business objectives and tasks as the core, take the staff as the object, to to enhance organizational performance as the ultimate goal. With the Bank of China Insurance Company Anhui branch as an example, makes a comprehensive study on the performance management system is studied and discussed through the branch performance management status of BOC insurance in Anhui, puts forward the optimization and improvement of the scheme, the new scheme to design the index, operation and feedback system.
This paper is divided into the paper mainly divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, discusses the research background, research significance and purpose, expounds the foreign in performance management, mainly domestic method, development status and application of the enterprise, as well as the research methods and research contents; the second part: theoretical research. The performance appraisal includes: the concept of performance appraisal, classification and content design of performance management system, performance appraisal methods; the third part: the main is to optimize the company's performance appraisal system of Bank of China Insurance Anhui, based around the Bank of China Insurance Anhui branch performance appraisal company's strategic objectives, analysis of data by a questionnaire survey. The establishment of the Bank of China Insurance, Anhui branch performance evaluation index and evaluation index assignment, weights, to optimize the design of the original appraisal system; the fourth part, On the spot, we carried out the implementation of performance appraisal of Bank of China Insurance Anhui branch. By implementing the specific plan, we elaborated the three parts of the matter before, during and after the event. The fifth part, summarized the conclusion of the paper, including the research results, the problems and the improvement of three parts.
