【摘要】:近些年來,隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及人們生活水平的不斷提高,保險(xiǎn)作為一種服務(wù)性業(yè)務(wù)也是得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。特別是在我國(guó)加入WTO之后,保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)完全開放,這一方面為我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一定的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也在吸引外資眼光的基礎(chǔ)上給我國(guó)的保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)帶來了巨大的壓力。因此,對(duì)于我國(guó)的保險(xiǎn)公司來說,想要在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新也就成為了關(guān)鍵,也成為了國(guó)內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)公司取得持續(xù)性發(fā)展的一個(gè)必然選擇。H保險(xiǎn)公司作為國(guó)內(nèi)眾多保險(xiǎn)公司中的一員,近些年來也是著重于對(duì)服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新,,并取得了一定的成績(jī)。但服務(wù)創(chuàng)新作為一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng),需要漸進(jìn)式的發(fā)展,因此也就不可避免的存在著一些問題。 基于此,本文以H保險(xiǎn)公司作為主要的研究對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)綜述以及個(gè)案分析的研究方法對(duì)H保險(xiǎn)公司的服務(wù)進(jìn)行了研究,在分析H保險(xiǎn)公司服務(wù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)H保險(xiǎn)公司的服務(wù)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),主要涉及到組織、技術(shù)以及產(chǎn)品三個(gè)方面的創(chuàng)新。在本文的研究中主要有五個(gè)方面的具體研究?jī)?nèi)容,首先在本文的研究中對(duì)于H保險(xiǎn)公司服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究相關(guān)的理論進(jìn)行了概述,包括保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)理論,保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論以及服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的四維度模型理論。其次,在本文的研究中以上述的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)H保險(xiǎn)公司目前服務(wù)中存在的問題進(jìn)行了一定程度的分析,并對(duì)原因進(jìn)行有效的探尋;再次,以H保險(xiǎn)公司服務(wù)存在的問題為基礎(chǔ),通過服務(wù)創(chuàng)新整體思路的規(guī)劃,從服務(wù)的組織、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品以及其它四個(gè)主要方面提出了提升服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的具體策略。最后,對(duì)全文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望,并提出了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, insurance, as a kind of service business, has also been developed rapidly, especially after China's entry into WTO, the insurance market is completely open. On the one hand, this has provided a certain opportunity for the development of the insurance industry in our country, but also brought great pressure to the insurance market of our country on the basis of attracting foreign capital. Therefore, for the insurance companies in our country, In order to be invincible in the fierce competition, the innovation of service becomes the key, and it becomes an inevitable choice for domestic insurance companies to achieve sustainable development. H insurance company is one of the many insurance companies in China. In recent years, the service innovation has been focused on the service innovation, and has made some achievements, but as a complete system, it needs the gradual development, so there are some inevitable problems. Based on this, this paper takes H insurance company as the main research object, through the literature review and case analysis of the research method of H insurance company's service has been studied. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of H insurance company's service innovation, this paper designs the H insurance company's service innovation, mainly involves the organization, Technology and product innovation. In this paper, there are five aspects of the specific research content, first of all, this paper summarizes the theory of H insurance company service innovation research. It includes insurance service theory, insurance service innovation theory and four-dimension model theory of service innovation. Secondly, In this paper, based on the above theory of service innovation, the problems in H insurance company are analyzed to a certain extent, and the reasons are explored effectively. Based on the problems existing in the service of H insurance company, through the planning of the overall idea of service innovation, this paper puts forward the specific strategies to enhance the ability of service innovation from four main aspects: service organization, technology, products and other aspects. This paper summarizes and prospects the research in this paper, and puts forward the research direction in the future.
