我國(guó)家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展策略

【摘要】:家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)是指面向城鄉(xiāng)居民家庭并以其住宅及存放在固定場(chǎng)所的物質(zhì)財(cái)產(chǎn)為保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的的保險(xiǎn)。家財(cái)險(xiǎn)作為我國(guó)開(kāi)展較早的險(xiǎn)種之一,本應(yīng)成為我國(guó)億萬(wàn)個(gè)家庭的保障,但是事實(shí)卻恰恰相反,我國(guó)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)投保率過(guò)低,家財(cái)險(xiǎn)一直很難發(fā)展壯大起來(lái)。本文從我國(guó)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),從市場(chǎng)主體、保費(fèi)收入、保費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)速度三方面著手分析了我國(guó)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)的市場(chǎng)狀況,同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分析,再對(duì)投保率過(guò)低的原因作出了具體分析,分析表明最根本的原因就是市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不激烈,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品差異化程度低,現(xiàn)有的家財(cái)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品不能很好地滿(mǎn)足消費(fèi)者的需求。從產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的角度出發(fā),研發(fā)出適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求的產(chǎn)品,分析我國(guó)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的制約因素和其實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件,再結(jié)合美國(guó)房屋保險(xiǎn)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),來(lái)促進(jìn)我國(guó)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新,研發(fā)出適合消費(fèi)者需求的產(chǎn)品。最后對(duì)我國(guó)家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展提出了一些建議,希望對(duì)家財(cái)險(xiǎn)走出萎靡不振的現(xiàn)狀能有所幫助,,從而促進(jìn)我國(guó)家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Family property insurance refers to the insurance for the families of urban and rural residents and the material property stored in their houses and fixed places. As one of the early types of insurance in China, the family property insurance should have been the protection of hundreds of millions of families in our country. However, the fact is quite the opposite. The insurance rate of household property insurance in China is too low, and it has been very difficult for the family property insurance to develop and grow. This article starts from the present situation of the family property insurance in China, starting from the main body of the market, premium income, The paper analyzes the market situation of the family property insurance in China from three aspects of the rate of premium growth, analyzes the products of the family property insurance in our country, and then makes a concrete analysis of the reasons for the low insurance rate. The analysis shows that the most fundamental reason is that the market competition is not fierce and the degree of product differentiation is low, the existing household property insurance products can not meet the needs of consumers very well. From the perspective of product innovation, we develop products to meet the needs of the market. This paper analyzes the restrictive factors and the conditions for the innovation of the household property insurance products in China, and combines the successful experience of the American housing insurance to promote the innovation of the household property insurance products in our country. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the development of family property insurance in China, hoping to help the family property insurance out of the malaise in order to promote the development of family property insurance in our country.
