【摘要】：目前，社會(huì)化進(jìn)程正朝著信息化邁進(jìn)，我國的信息化建設(shè)工作正在對(duì)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生重大影響。保險(xiǎn)業(yè)作為金融服務(wù)行業(yè)的一種，其信息化建設(shè)水平直接影響著企業(yè)的核心競爭力，信息化建設(shè)已得到整個(gè)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的普遍重視。然而，作為一項(xiàng)十分復(fù)雜的工作與計(jì)劃，保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)和公司要取得信息化建設(shè)的成功，就需要進(jìn)行深入研究。本文以XX保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)XX保險(xiǎn)公司信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，提出相應(yīng)的解決方案，對(duì)推動(dòng)XX保險(xiǎn)公司乃至整個(gè)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程和提高保險(xiǎn)公司的信息化建設(shè)質(zhì)量具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。 本文在闡述保險(xiǎn)及其信息化等基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了XX保險(xiǎn)公司信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和存在的主要問題。在發(fā)展之初，XX保險(xiǎn)公司信息化發(fā)展計(jì)劃和建設(shè)沒有進(jìn)行完整和細(xì)致的調(diào)查研究，，信息系統(tǒng)沒有進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃，隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展，現(xiàn)有的信息化建設(shè)已難以適應(yīng)所面臨的市場環(huán)境、保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)監(jiān)管要求以及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃，而且無法體現(xiàn)出信息化建設(shè)對(duì)于XX保險(xiǎn)公司提升市場核心競爭力的重要性。因此，筆者結(jié)合公司目前存在的問題，有針對(duì)性地提出了該公司信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展方向及其保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the process of socialization is moving towards informatization. The construction of informatization in our country is having a great impact on the social economy, culture and other related fields. The insurance industry is a kind of financial service industry. The level of informatization construction has a direct impact on the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The informatization construction has been generally paid attention to by the whole insurance industry. However, as a very complex work and plan, If insurance industry and company want to obtain the success of informatization construction, we need to carry out in-depth research. This paper takes XX Insurance Co., Ltd. as the research object, analyzes the present situation of XX insurance company's informatization construction, and puts forward corresponding solutions. It is of great practical significance to promote XX insurance company and even the whole insurance industry informatization construction process and improve the quality of insurance company informatization construction. On the basis of expounding the basic theories of insurance and informatization, this paper analyzes the present situation of XX insurance company's informatization construction. Characteristics and main problems. At the beginning of development, XX Insurance Company's informatization development plan and construction did not carry out complete and meticulous investigation and study, the information system did not carry on the overall plan, along with the company's business development, The current information construction has been difficult to adapt to the market environment, insurance industry regulatory requirements and business development forward planning, and can not reflect the importance of information construction for XX insurance companies to enhance the core competitiveness of the market. Combined with the existing problems of the company, the author puts forward the development direction and the safeguard measures of the information construction of the company.
