【摘要】:保險(xiǎn)業(yè)作為金融行業(yè)的三大支柱之一,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)是毋庸置疑的。占據(jù)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)收入66%的人壽保險(xiǎn)也發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用,而個(gè)人營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道是壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)的重要銷(xiāo)售渠道,壽險(xiǎn)公司的主要保費(fèi)來(lái)源之一是通過(guò)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)員渠道進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售。 個(gè)人壽險(xiǎn)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)在中國(guó)的發(fā)展時(shí)間只有20年,發(fā)展的速度卻很快,在高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了不少問(wèn)題。 本文結(jié)合壽險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)Z人壽保險(xiǎn)公司的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)員管理現(xiàn)狀提出疑問(wèn),建議其結(jié)合國(guó)外的成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷(xiāo)員新考核方案設(shè)計(jì)。為壽險(xiǎn)公司更好地進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷(xiāo)員管理,提供一些參考。通過(guò)本文研究得出以下結(jié)論: 根據(jù)Z人壽保險(xiǎn)公司的實(shí)際情況,尋找影響營(yíng)銷(xiāo)員管理的因素,根據(jù)關(guān)鍵因素,設(shè)計(jì)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)員考核優(yōu)化方案:增設(shè)員工制、進(jìn)行固定行為考核、嚴(yán)格考勤制度及建立保障考核機(jī)制等。
[Abstract]:As one of the three pillars of the financial industry, the insurance industry is undoubtedly contributing to the economy. Life insurance, which accounts for 66% of the insurance income, is also playing an increasingly important role, and the personal marketing channel is an important sales channel for the life insurance industry. One of the main sources of premium for life insurance companies is sales through marketers' channels. The development of personal life insurance marketing in China is only 20 years, but the speed of development is very fast. At the same time, there are many problems in the development of personal life insurance marketing. Combined with the current situation of life insurance market, this paper puts forward some questions about the current management situation of marketers in Z Life Insurance Company, and suggests that it should design a new appraisal scheme for marketers in combination with the mature experience of foreign countries, so as to better manage marketers for life insurance companies. To provide some references. Through this study, the following conclusions are reached:. According to the actual situation of Z Life Insurance Company, the factors that affect the management of marketers are found. According to the key factors, the optimization scheme of salesmen assessment is designed. Strict attendance system and the establishment of security assessment mechanism.
