【摘要】：交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)是我國(guó)第一個(gè)由法律規(guī)定的強(qiáng)制性保險(xiǎn),其經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況對(duì)于各個(gè)財(cái)產(chǎn)險(xiǎn)公司,有著非常重要的意義：交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)作為一個(gè)險(xiǎn)種,經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的好壞將直接影響公司整體利潤(rùn)的盈虧。其經(jīng)營(yíng)原則被定為“不盈不虧”,但是,這樣一種收入與支出的平衡狀態(tài)在現(xiàn)實(shí)中是十分難以達(dá)到的。若交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)不善,則會(huì)嚴(yán)重沖抵掉其他險(xiǎn)種帶來(lái)的業(yè)務(wù)收入,給公司的整體經(jīng)營(yíng)帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。本文將在對(duì)于太平洋產(chǎn)險(xiǎn)公司交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)效率進(jìn)行分析,使公司客觀、全面、立體地了解其交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng),以及發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,并為公司進(jìn)一步調(diào)整業(yè)務(wù)提供理論依據(jù),具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先運(yùn)用聚類(lèi)分析法來(lái)考察整個(gè)公司交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)收入在區(qū)域上的聚結(jié)現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而通過(guò)對(duì)賠付率與費(fèi)用率之間相關(guān)性的分析,對(duì)公司交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)在費(fèi)用分?jǐn)傔^(guò)程中是否存在人為因素的干預(yù)進(jìn)行了判斷；接著,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法,對(duì)各個(gè)地區(qū)分公司交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的綜合技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率進(jìn)行測(cè)度與評(píng)價(jià),指出影響公司交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的原因；最后,運(yùn)用Malmquist指數(shù),對(duì)公司交強(qiáng)險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的動(dòng)態(tài)變化進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Traffic insurance is the first compulsory insurance provided by law in our country. Its operating condition is of great significance to all property insurance companies: as a kind of insurance, The operating condition will directly affect the profit and loss of the company as a whole. Its operating principle is "no profit, no loss", but such a balance of income and expenditure is very difficult to achieve in reality. It will seriously offset the business income brought by other kinds of insurance and bring negative impact to the overall operation of the company. Focusing on the analysis of its operating efficiency, the company can objectively, comprehensively and stereoscopically understand the operation of its traffic insurance business, and find out the problems encountered in the course of operation, and provide the theoretical basis for the company to further adjust its business. Has certain realistic significance. In this paper, we first use cluster analysis to investigate the regional convergence of premium income in the whole company, and then analyze the correlation between the compensation rate and the expense rate. The paper makes a judgment on whether there are human factors in the process of cost allocation, and then applies the data envelopment analysis method to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency of the traffic insurance operation in each regional branch. The paper measures and evaluates the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and points out the reasons that affect the management efficiency of traffic insurance. Finally, using Malmquist index, the paper analyzes the dynamic changes of the operational efficiency of traffic insurance.
