【摘要】：筆者針對(duì)近年來(lái)水災(zāi)對(duì)河北省畜牧業(yè)的影響,結(jié)合統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)地調(diào)研結(jié)果,重點(diǎn)分析了建國(guó)以來(lái)邢臺(tái)地區(qū)水災(zāi)發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)匦竽翗I(yè)造成的損失情況。邢臺(tái)地區(qū)畜牧業(yè)在應(yīng)對(duì)水災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)過(guò)程中存在防范意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、應(yīng)急處理機(jī)制不完善、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散不完善等問(wèn)題,筆者提出應(yīng)從科學(xué)建設(shè)畜禽舍、完善應(yīng)急機(jī)制、建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償基金等角度出發(fā),建立針對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)匦竽翗I(yè)實(shí)際情況的防災(zāi)、抗災(zāi)、救災(zāi)措施。
[Abstract]:In view of the impact of floods on animal husbandry in Hebei Province in recent years, the author combines the statistical data and the field investigation results. The characteristics of the flood in Xingtai area since the founding of the people's Republic of China and the losses caused to the local animal husbandry have been analyzed emphatically. In the process of dealing with the flood risk in the animal husbandry in Xingtai area, the awareness of prevention is not strong, and the emergency handling mechanism is not perfect. The author puts forward that the measures of disaster prevention, disaster prevention and relief should be established according to the actual situation of local animal husbandry from the point of view of scientific construction of livestock and poultry houses, improvement of emergency mechanism and establishment of risk compensation fund.
