【摘要】：摘要：改革開放30多年以來,我國(guó)社會(huì)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,新型農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)也隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展呼之欲出,在很大程度上滿足了農(nóng)民對(duì)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老的需求,新型農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度的建立,有效解決了農(nóng)民的養(yǎng)老問題,讓農(nóng)民“老有所養(yǎng)”的愿望得以實(shí)現(xiàn),同時(shí)也完善了我國(guó)社會(huì)保障制度,促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平,為構(gòu)建我國(guó)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)錦上添花。 文章所要解決的問題是非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)“新農(nóng)�！闭哂行杂心男┯绊�,首先解釋了本研究中的非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素是指職業(yè)類別、養(yǎng)老觀念、文化程度和家庭結(jié)構(gòu),有效性囊括參保意愿、是否參保、參保檔次和滿意度；第二,基于廣西壯族自治區(qū)桂林市、賀州市、憑祥市三地農(nóng)民的調(diào)查情況,探討這些非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)農(nóng)民的參保意愿、參保檔次、滿意度是否有顯著影響；最后,立足于分析結(jié)果,提出政策建議。 分析結(jié)果顯示職業(yè)特征對(duì)是否參保具有顯著影響,表現(xiàn)為務(wù)農(nóng)職業(yè)的參保率高于非農(nóng)職業(yè)的參保率；養(yǎng)老觀念對(duì)參保意愿和滿意度具有顯著影響,表現(xiàn)為越傾向社會(huì)養(yǎng)老觀念的農(nóng)民越愿意參保,且滿意度越高；文化程度對(duì)參保意愿、滿意度以及低收入群體的參保檔次具有顯著影響,表現(xiàn)為初中程度人群的參保意愿和滿意度高于小學(xué)及文盲,高中及以上文化程度人群的參保意愿和滿意度高于小學(xué)及文盲,在低收入人群中,選擇100元檔次的比例從高到低依次為初中程度、小學(xué)及文盲程度、高中及以上程度；家庭結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)參保意愿、是否參保和滿意度具有顯著影響,表現(xiàn)為夫妻+老人家庭參保意愿強(qiáng)于夫妻家庭、強(qiáng)于夫妻+子女家庭、強(qiáng)于夫妻+子女+老人家庭,參保比率由高到低依次是夫妻+老人家庭、夫妻+子女+老人家庭、夫妻家庭、夫妻+子女家庭,夫妻+老人家庭滿意度高于夫妻+子女家庭、高于夫妻+子女+老人家庭。
[Abstract]:Abstract: since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the various social undertakings of our country have developed rapidly, and the new rural social endowment insurance is also coming out with the development of the society, which to a great extent satisfies the peasants' demand for the social old-age support. The establishment of a new social endowment insurance system in rural areas has effectively solved the problem of providing for the aged of farmers and made the desire of "a sense of security for the elderly" come true. At the same time, it has also improved the social security system of our country and promoted social equity. In order to build a harmonious socialist society in China the icing on the cake. The problem to be solved in this paper is how the non-economic factors affect the effectiveness of the "New Rural Insurance" policy. Firstly, it explains that the non-economic factors in this study refer to the occupational category, the concept of the aged, the educational level and the family structure. Effectiveness includes willingness to participate in insurance, whether to participate in insurance, whether to participate in insurance, and satisfaction degree. Secondly, based on the investigation of farmers in Guilin, Hezhou and Pingxiang of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, this paper discusses these non-economic factors' willingness to participate in insurance. The degree of satisfaction has a significant impact on the level of insurance participation. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, policy recommendations are put forward. The results show that occupational characteristics have a significant impact on whether to participate in insurance, as the participation rate of agricultural occupation is higher than that of non-agricultural occupation, pension concept has a significant impact on the willingness to participate in insurance and satisfaction. The farmers who are more inclined to the idea of social pension are more willing to participate in the insurance, and the satisfaction degree is higher; the education level has a significant impact on the willingness to participate in the insurance, satisfaction and low-income groups participating in the level of insurance. The result shows that the willingness and satisfaction of junior middle school population to participate in insurance is higher than that of primary school and illiteracy, and that of high school and above education is higher than that of primary school and illiteracy. The ratio of choosing 100 yuan grade from high to low is junior middle school level, primary school and illiteracy degree, senior high school level and above; family structure has significant influence on the willingness to participate in insurance, whether to participate in insurance and satisfaction. It is shown that the willingness to participate in the insurance is stronger than that in the families of the husband and wife, the families of the children of the husband and the wife, and the families of the elderly of the children of the husband and the wife. The participation rate of the families of the elderly couples is in order from the high to the low. The family satisfaction of husband and wife is higher than that of husband and wife, and it is higher than that of husband and wife.
