【摘要】：在我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中，農(nóng)民工作為一支新型勞動(dòng)大軍，在伴隨我國(guó)工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快的大背景下，應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，已成為我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的重要組成部分。農(nóng)民工的出現(xiàn)，增加了農(nóng)村收入，創(chuàng)造了社會(huì)財(cái)富，同時(shí)，為城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展注入了活力，在現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中扮演了重要角色、做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。然而他們?cè)诟冻鰟趧?dòng)的同時(shí)，社會(huì)保障權(quán)益卻未能得到及時(shí)維護(hù)，尤其是女性農(nóng)民工的生育保障權(quán)。農(nóng)民工作為社會(huì)中的弱勢(shì)群體，他們的生育狀況值得全社會(huì)關(guān)注，妥善處理好農(nóng)民工生育保險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先對(duì)相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外生育保險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述，同時(shí)針對(duì)本文研究?jī)?nèi)容提出了相應(yīng)的研究思路和研究方法；其次，通過(guò)我國(guó)農(nóng)民工生育保險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)資料，分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)民工生育保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀，分別從政府、企業(yè)、個(gè)人三個(gè)層面說(shuō)明當(dāng)前農(nóng)民工生育保險(xiǎn)存在這些問(wèn)題的原因；然后闡釋我國(guó)實(shí)施并完善農(nóng)民工生育保險(xiǎn)的重要意義，提出進(jìn)一步完善該項(xiàng)制度的必要性和重要性；最后，借鑒我國(guó)廣州、廈門、北京等地方制定和實(shí)施生育保險(xiǎn)制度的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，聯(lián)系我國(guó)其他地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況，提出適合我國(guó)廣大農(nóng)民工生育保險(xiǎn)實(shí)施和發(fā)展的可行性建議，切實(shí)保障農(nóng)民工群體的生育權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:In China's modernization construction, migrant workers, as a new type of labor force, have emerged as the times require under the background of industrialization and acceleration of urbanization in our country, and have become an important part of industrial workers in our country. They have increased rural incomes, created social wealth, injected vitality into the development of urban and rural areas, played an important role in the modernization drive and made significant contributions. However, the rights and interests of social security have not been safeguarded in time, especially the reproductive security rights of female migrant workers. As a vulnerable group in society, migrant workers' reproductive status deserves the attention of the whole society. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to properly handle the issue of migrant workers' birth insurance. At first, this paper summarizes the status quo of birth insurance at home and abroad, at the same time, puts forward the corresponding research ideas and research methods for the research content of this paper. Secondly, through the survey data of the status quo of migrant workers' birth insurance in China, This paper analyzes the present situation of migrant workers' birth insurance in our country, explains the reasons for these problems from three aspects of government, enterprise and individual, and then explains the significance of implementing and perfecting the birth insurance of migrant workers in our country. Finally, drawing lessons from the experiences of Guangzhou, Xiamen, Beijing and other places in China in formulating and implementing the birth insurance system, and connecting with the actual situation in other regions of our country, the paper puts forward the necessity and importance of further improving the system. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the implementation and development of peasant workers' reproductive insurance in our country, so as to ensure the reproductive rights and interests of migrant workers.
