【摘要】：本文將2003-2010年32家中外資壽險(xiǎn)公司劃分為中資老公司、中資新公司、外資老公司和外資新公司4類,運(yùn)用可處理負(fù)產(chǎn)出的兩階段DEA模型對(duì)其效率進(jìn)行了測算。研究結(jié)果表明,成立時(shí)間久、老牌的中資壽險(xiǎn)公司在中外保險(xiǎn)業(yè)競爭的格局下,其經(jīng)營效率呈現(xiàn)一定的下降,但仍具備明顯的比較優(yōu)勢,尤其體現(xiàn)在一階段DEA效率。外資老公司在DEA模型一、二階段及整體效率分析中都不及中資老公司,但新成立的中外資壽險(xiǎn)公司間效率差距并不明顯。此外,無論中資公司還是外資公司DEA二階段效率都普遍偏低,因此提高保險(xiǎn)資金的運(yùn)用和管理水平是改善我國壽險(xiǎn)公司效率的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 32 Chinese and foreign life insurance companies from 2003 to 2010 are divided into four categories: the old Chinese-funded companies, the Chinese-funded new companies, the foreign-funded old companies and the foreign-funded new companies. Using the two-stage DEA model which can deal with negative output, the efficiency is measured. The results show that the long-established, established Chinese life insurance companies in the domestic and foreign insurance industry competition pattern. Its operating efficiency shows a certain decline, but still has obvious comparative advantages, especially in the one-stage DEA efficiency. Foreign companies in the DEA model 1. Two-stage and overall efficiency analysis are inferior to the old Chinese companies, but the efficiency gap between the newly established Chinese and foreign life insurance companies is not obvious. Both Chinese and foreign companies are generally inefficient in the second stage of DEA. Therefore, improving the utilization and management of insurance funds is the key to improve the efficiency of life insurance companies in China.
