【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著績(jī)效管理理念的普及,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)意識(shí)到績(jī)效管理有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、提高企業(yè)績(jī)效,眾多企業(yè)開(kāi)始投入財(cái)力人力進(jìn)行績(jī)效管理體系建設(shè),但由于大多數(shù)企業(yè)對(duì)績(jī)效管理理解尚存在一定的誤區(qū),導(dǎo)致績(jī)效管理實(shí)施后并沒(méi)有取得預(yù)期的成效。許多企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者對(duì)績(jī)績(jī)效管理的實(shí)際應(yīng)用產(chǎn)生了一定的困惑,探索如何設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)合理的績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng),,從而能夠真正地符合企業(yè)實(shí)際,促進(jìn)企業(yè)績(jī)效提高。 本文選擇的研究對(duì)象財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍主要包括:財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)、責(zé)任保險(xiǎn)、信用保險(xiǎn)和保證保險(xiǎn)等業(yè)務(wù)。公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的各個(gè)方面都沿襲了老國(guó)企的許多作風(fēng),成立以來(lái),一直將更多的注意力放在業(yè)務(wù)成長(zhǎng)方面,忽視企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工績(jī)效管理工作。但隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)的不斷壯大,從業(yè)人員越來(lái)越多,崗位也日益精細(xì)化,原有沿襲老國(guó)企的績(jī)效考核辦法已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)公司目前的發(fā)展情況。作者從G財(cái)險(xiǎn)公司績(jī)效管理的現(xiàn)狀分析出發(fā),在績(jī)效管理主要理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用訪談、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等研究方法,探索出改進(jìn)G財(cái)險(xiǎn)公司績(jī)效管理體系的思路和方法,對(duì)G財(cái)險(xiǎn)公司的績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularity of the concept of performance management, more and more enterprises realize that performance management helps to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises and improve corporate performance. Many enterprises began to invest financial resources and manpower to build the performance management system, but because of the majority of enterprises to the performance management understanding there are still some misunderstanding. As a result, the implementation of performance management has not achieved the expected results. Many business operators have a certain degree of confusion about the actual application of performance management, explore how to design a scientific and reasonable performance management system. In order to truly conform to the reality of the enterprise, promote the performance of the enterprise. The business scope of property insurance company mainly includes: property loss insurance, liability insurance. Credit insurance and guarantee insurance and other business. In all aspects of the management of the company has followed the old state-owned enterprises many style, since its establishment, has been paying more attention to business growth. Ignore the performance management of employees in the enterprise. But with the continuous expansion of the company's business, more and more employees, posts are increasingly refined. The original performance appraisal method of the old state-owned enterprises has not adapted to the current development of the company. The author from the G property insurance company performance management analysis of the status quo, on the basis of the main theory of performance management, the use of interviews. The research methods such as questionnaire explore the ideas and methods to improve the performance management system of G property insurance company and optimize the performance management system of G property insurance company.
