【摘要】：本文從天氣指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)及衍生品創(chuàng)新的本質(zhì)和內(nèi)涵出發(fā),通過三組比較來進(jìn)行分析。首先是進(jìn)行天氣指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)和傳統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)的比較,進(jìn)而了解天氣指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)在理賠流程上的變化以及從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)導(dǎo)因出發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控形式;其次是天氣指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)和天氣指數(shù)衍生品之間的比較,了解這兩種天氣指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)創(chuàng)新形式的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系與實(shí)質(zhì)區(qū)別,提出天氣指數(shù)衍生品就是天氣指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)在資本市場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用延伸;最后通過天氣指數(shù)衍生品和傳統(tǒng)金融衍生品的比較,得出兩者并非替代關(guān)系而是互補(bǔ)關(guān)系,提出需要推出天氣指數(shù)衍生產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。
[Abstract]:This paper starts from the essence and connotation of the innovation of weather index insurance and derivatives, and analyzes it through three groups of comparisons. Firstly, the comparison between weather index insurance and traditional insurance is carried out. Then understand the change of the weather index insurance in the claim process and the risk management form from the risk cause; The second is the comparison between weather index insurance and weather index derivatives to understand the intrinsic relationship and substantive difference between these two innovative forms of weather index insurance. It is proposed that the weather index derivatives is the extension of the application of weather index insurance in the capital market. Finally, through the comparison of weather index derivatives and traditional financial derivatives, it is concluded that the two derivatives are not substitute relations but complementary relationships, and it is necessary to launch weather index derivatives to carry out effective risk management.
