【摘要】：論文基于后工業(yè)相關(guān)理論,分析了浙江省特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征、區(qū)位選擇特征與功能布局特征,并總結(jié)了特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制。主要研究成果概括為兩個(gè)方面:微觀層面,根據(jù)特色小鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)與產(chǎn)業(yè)特色,總結(jié)出四類(lèi)發(fā)展路徑模式:①制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)發(fā)展模式;②制造業(yè)與服務(wù)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式;③信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式;④自然或歷史文化資源開(kāi)發(fā)模式。宏觀層面,通過(guò)分析特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)型,指出浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中存在產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系的升級(jí)過(guò)程,并基于此進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)與空間區(qū)位分析。論文認(rèn)為,特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局顯示出浙江省在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展過(guò)程中,各等級(jí)城市存在的發(fā)展階段差異性,以及城市之間與城市內(nèi)部功能聯(lián)系的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化趨勢(shì)。論文總體分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,主要介紹特色小鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展背景。論文從浙江省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)出的“后工業(yè)化”現(xiàn)象著手,分析特色小鎮(zhèn)在浙江省轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展過(guò)程中所處的具體背景。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出論文研究的主要內(nèi)容與相關(guān)理論工具。第二部分,綜述文獻(xiàn)獲得理論分析的工具。通過(guò)綜述相關(guān)理論,得到后工業(yè)時(shí)期的城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與空間發(fā)展特征,并提出該時(shí)期的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚空間所具備的普遍特征。第三部分,梳理特色小鎮(zhèn)資料進(jìn)行初步分析。在規(guī)劃資料收集與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了 78個(gè)省級(jí)特色小鎮(zhèn)的基本情況,并從主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)、區(qū)位分布與內(nèi)部功能布局等方面作初步的闡釋分析。第四部分,結(jié)合理論與實(shí)際進(jìn)行深入分析。其一,分析各類(lèi)特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)生基礎(chǔ)與發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),總結(jié)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑類(lèi)型。其二,分析特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)過(guò)程中所起的作用,討論特色小鎮(zhèn)代表的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)與浙江省城鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展的關(guān)系。其三,歸納特色小鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)部功能布局的類(lèi)型與大致特征,為類(lèi)似特色小鎮(zhèn)的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚空間的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of post-industry, this paper analyzes the characteristics of industrial development, location selection and functional layout of small towns with special characteristics in Zhejiang Province, and summarizes the production mechanism of these towns. The main research results are summarized in two aspects: at the micro level, according to the development basis and industrial characteristics of the small town with characteristics, four kinds of development path mode: 1, manufacturing industry transformation, upgrade development model, manufacturing industry and service industry linkage development model are summed up; Innovation and development mode of information technology. 4 exploitation mode of natural or historical cultural resources. On the macro level, by analyzing the industrial types of characteristic towns, this paper points out that the upgrading process of industrial technology system exists in the industrial transformation and development of Zhejiang Province, based on which the industrial departments and spatial location analysis are carried out. The paper holds that the industrial layout of characteristic towns shows the difference of development stages among cities of different levels in the process of transformation and development in Zhejiang Province, and the networking trend between cities and their internal functions. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part, mainly introduces the development background of characteristic town. Starting from the phenomenon of "post-industrialization" in the process of economic development in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the specific background of the characteristic town in the process of transition and development of Zhejiang Province. On this basis, the main content of the paper and related theoretical tools are put forward. The second part summarizes the tools of theoretical analysis of literature. By summarizing the relevant theories, the characteristics of urban industrial development and spatial development in post-industrial period are obtained, and the general characteristics of industrial agglomeration space in this period are put forward. The third part, combs the characteristic small town data to carry on the preliminary analysis. On the basis of planning data collection and field investigation, this paper combs the basic situation of 78 provincial characteristic towns, and makes a preliminary explanation and analysis from the leading industry, location distribution and internal function layout and so on. The fourth part, combines the theory and the practice carries on the thorough analysis. First, analyze the production basis and development advantages of all kinds of characteristic towns, and summarize the path types of industrial development. Secondly, it analyzes the function of the industrial development of the characteristic town in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang Province, and discusses the relationship between the industrial department represented by the characteristic town and the development of the urban space in Zhejiang Province. Thirdly, it summarizes the types and general features of the internal functional layout of the small towns with characteristics, and provides experience for the planning and design of the new industrial agglomeration space of the similar towns.
