【摘要】：文章基于CGSS2012調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),考察了角色代償意識、家庭照料兩個維度對已婚女性勞動參與及其工資報酬的影響。實證結(jié)果表明,角色代償意識越強,外出參與社會勞動的可能性越高,但對工資報酬的影響不顯著;家庭照料的影響則要區(qū)分看待:學(xué)齡子女?dāng)?shù)量越多、或越認(rèn)為養(yǎng)老責(zé)任在自己,女性社會勞動參與度越高,而對家庭成員的照料時間以及幼齡子女?dāng)?shù)量則呈負(fù)向影響。此外,學(xué)齡子女?dāng)?shù)量和個人養(yǎng)老態(tài)度會負(fù)向影響報酬待遇,但付出的照料時間越長,工資報酬反而會越多。穩(wěn)健性檢驗證明已婚女性勞動參與和工資報酬會在戶籍和代際上存在差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the CGSS2012 survey data, this paper examines the effects of the two dimensions of role compensation and family care on married women's labor participation and wage compensation. The empirical results show that the stronger the role compensation consciousness is, the stronger the role compensation consciousness is. The more likely they are to go out to participate in social work, but the less significant the impact on wages and remuneration; the more the number of school-age children, or the more they think that the responsibility for the aged is on their own, the higher the participation of women in social work. In addition, the number of school-age children and individual attitude towards the aged will negatively affect the remuneration, but the longer the care, the longer the care. The conservatism test proves that married women's labor participation and wages will be different in household registration and intergenerational.
