【摘要】：幼兒教師教育思想和觀念的落后是造成幼兒園"小學(xué)化"的一個(gè)重要因素。本文以適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,創(chuàng)新幼兒素質(zhì)教育理念,遵循幼兒教育規(guī)律,正確銜接小學(xué)教育等問(wèn)題展開研究分析。
[Abstract]:The backwardness of preschool teachers' educational ideas and concepts is an important factor that causes kindergarten to become elementary school. In order to adapt to the needs of social development, innovate the concept of quality education for young children, follow the law of early childhood education, and correctly link up primary education and other issues, research and analysis are carried out in this paper.
