【摘要】：美國(guó)"基于認(rèn)知發(fā)展的數(shù)學(xué)教育"是當(dāng)前國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)教育領(lǐng)域頗具影響力的著名促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目以幫助教師建構(gòu)有關(guān)兒童數(shù)學(xué)認(rèn)知發(fā)展的概念體系為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)教育實(shí)踐與合作研究并重的方式促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展。這對(duì)我們改革現(xiàn)行的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展模式有不少有益啟示,如以關(guān)于兒童認(rèn)知發(fā)展的知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)建構(gòu)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的知識(shí)體系,組建合作探究式的學(xué)習(xí)共同體,采取多種途徑促使教師的實(shí)踐知識(shí)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)向教育能力轉(zhuǎn)化等。
[Abstract]:Mathematics Education based on Cognitive Development in the United States is a well-known promotion project in the field of international mathematics education. The project aims to help teachers to construct the concept system of children's mathematics cognitive development, and to promote teachers' professional development through both educational practice and cooperative research. This has a lot of beneficial enlightenment for us to reform the current model of teacher professional development, such as constructing the knowledge system of teacher professional development based on the knowledge about children's cognitive development, and establishing a cooperative inquiry learning community. Take many ways to promote the transformation of teachers' practical knowledge and experience to educational ability, etc.
