【摘要】：正教育公平是社會公平的重要內(nèi)容,主要體現(xiàn)在教育權(quán)利平等和教育機會均等兩個方面,保證每個兒童享有均等的教育權(quán)利和機會,是教育公平的最根本要求,也是社會和諧發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。而教育公平的起點是學(xué)前教育的公平,只有起點公平,才能保證整個教育體系的公平,否則,教育公平無從談起。
[Abstract]:Positive educational equity is an important part of social equity, mainly reflected in the equality of educational rights and equal opportunities in education, ensuring that every child has equal educational rights and opportunities, is the most fundamental requirement of educational equity, It is also the foundation of harmonious development of society.
