幼兒園男教師發(fā)展性環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè)策略

【摘要】:男教師的存在改變了幼兒園教師群體生態(tài)。研究者對(duì)無(wú)錫、上海等地男教師的深度訪談發(fā)現(xiàn)在崗的男教師普遍得到家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)可、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持和孩子們的歡迎,同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展性環(huán)境是留住幼兒園男教師的必要條件。要吸引和留住男教師,就必須優(yōu)化幼兒園男教師的發(fā)展性環(huán)境,促進(jìn)男教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The existence of male teachers has changed the ecology of kindergarten teachers. In-depth interviews with male teachers in Wuxi, Shanghai and other places found that male teachers in the post were generally recognized by parents, supported by leaders and welcomed by their children. At the same time, the developmental environment was found to be a necessary condition for retaining male teachers in kindergartens. In order to attract and retain male teachers, we must optimize the developmental environment of male teachers in kindergartens and promote the professional growth of male teachers.
