【摘要】：農(nóng)村幼兒屬于受教育者中的弱勢群體,他們本來就難以得到優(yōu)質(zhì)而豐富的物質(zhì)教育資源,使多方面的發(fā)展受到阻礙,那么他們能否接受到來自優(yōu)秀幼兒教師的高質(zhì)量早期教育顯得尤為重要,而幼兒教師的職業(yè)認(rèn)同、工作滿意度及職業(yè)倦怠水平是考量一名優(yōu)秀幼兒教師的重要因素。因此,考察當(dāng)前農(nóng)村幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同、工作滿意度與職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀及關(guān)系研究具有重要意義。而國內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究幾乎為零,本研究運(yùn)用改編后的《幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同調(diào)查問卷》、《幼兒教師工作滿意度調(diào)查問卷》和《幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠調(diào)查問卷》進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀和關(guān)系調(diào)查具有一定的創(chuàng)新性和建設(shè)性,通過調(diào)查研究本文得出以下結(jié)論:1.通過《幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同調(diào)查問卷》進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前農(nóng)村幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同總體處于中等水平(M=3.06)。幼兒教師的年齡、學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、勞動關(guān)系、職稱和幼兒園的性質(zhì)與等級對幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平有顯著影響(P0.001或P0.01)。2.通過《幼兒教師工作滿意度調(diào)查問卷》進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前農(nóng)村幼兒教師工作滿意度水平一般(M=3.21)。幼兒教師的年齡、學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、勞動關(guān)系、職稱和幼兒園的性質(zhì)與等級對幼兒教師工作滿意度水平有顯著影響(P0.001)。3.通過《幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠調(diào)查問卷》進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前農(nóng)村幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠呈中等水平(M=2.82)。幼兒教師的年齡、學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、勞動關(guān)系、職稱與幼兒園的等級對幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠水平有顯著影響(P0.001,P0.01或P0.05),幼兒園的性質(zhì)對職業(yè)倦怠水平?jīng)]有顯著影響(P0.05)。4.通過相關(guān)分析和回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),職業(yè)認(rèn)同與工作滿意度存在顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.648,p0.01);職業(yè)認(rèn)同與職業(yè)倦怠存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)及負(fù)向預(yù)測作用(r=-0.429,R2=0.184,p0.01);工作滿意度與職業(yè)倦怠存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)及負(fù)向預(yù)測作用(r=-0.585,R2=0.342,p0.01)。
[Abstract]:Young children in rural areas belong to the disadvantaged group of educatees, who are unable to obtain quality and abundant material education resources, which hinder the development of many aspects. It is particularly important for them to accept high quality early education from excellent preschool teachers, and their job identity, job satisfaction and job burnout are important factors to consider an excellent preschool teacher. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the present situation and relationship of occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout of preschool teachers in rural areas. However, the relevant research in China is almost zero. The present situation and relationship of preschool teachers' occupational identity questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire are innovative and constructive. Through investigation and study, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1. Through the questionnaire of preschool teachers' professional identity, it was found that the professional identity of preschool teachers in rural areas was generally at the middle level (MK3.06). The age, educational background, specialty, labor relationship, professional title and the nature and grade of kindergarten have significant influence on the professional identity level of preschool teachers (P0.001 or P0.01) .2. Through the questionnaire of preschool teachers' job satisfaction, it was found that the current level of job satisfaction of preschool teachers in rural areas was normal (Met 3.21). The age, educational background, specialty, labor relationship, professional title and the nature and grade of kindergarten have significant influence on the job satisfaction level of preschool teachers (P0.001) .3. Through the questionnaire of preschool teachers' job burnout, it was found that the current rural preschool teachers' job burnout was at a moderate level (M2.82). The age, educational background, specialty, labor relationship, professional title and the grade of kindergarten had significant influence on the burnout level of preschool teachers (P0.001P0.01 or P0.05), but the nature of kindergarten had no significant effect on the level of job burnout (P0.05). Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that, There was a significant positive correlation between job identity and job satisfaction (r = 0.648p 0.01), a significant negative correlation between job identity and job burnout and a negative predictive effect (r = 0.429 / R _ 2N _ 2 = 0.184p _ 0.01), a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout and a negative predictive effect (r _ (-0.585R _ 20.342p _ 0.01).
