農(nóng)村幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同、工作滿意度與職業(yè)倦怠的調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:Young children in rural areas belong to the disadvantaged group of educatees, who are unable to obtain quality and abundant material education resources, which hinder the development of many aspects. It is particularly important for them to accept high quality early education from excellent preschool teachers, and their job identity, job satisfaction and job burnout are important factors to consider an excellent preschool teacher. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the present situation and relationship of occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout of preschool teachers in rural areas. However, the relevant research in China is almost zero. The present situation and relationship of preschool teachers' occupational identity questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire are innovative and constructive. Through investigation and study, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1. Through the questionnaire of preschool teachers' professional identity, it was found that the professional identity of preschool teachers in rural areas was generally at the middle level (MK3.06). The age, educational background, specialty, labor relationship, professional title and the nature and grade of kindergarten have significant influence on the professional identity level of preschool teachers (P0.001 or P0.01) .2. Through the questionnaire of preschool teachers' job satisfaction, it was found that the current level of job satisfaction of preschool teachers in rural areas was normal (Met 3.21). The age, educational background, specialty, labor relationship, professional title and the nature and grade of kindergarten have significant influence on the job satisfaction level of preschool teachers (P0.001) .3. Through the questionnaire of preschool teachers' job burnout, it was found that the current rural preschool teachers' job burnout was at a moderate level (M2.82). The age, educational background, specialty, labor relationship, professional title and the grade of kindergarten had significant influence on the burnout level of preschool teachers (P0.001P0.01 or P0.05), but the nature of kindergarten had no significant effect on the level of job burnout (P0.05). Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that, There was a significant positive correlation between job identity and job satisfaction (r = 0.648p 0.01), a significant negative correlation between job identity and job burnout and a negative predictive effect (r = 0.429 / R _ 2N _ 2 = 0.184p _ 0.01), a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout and a negative predictive effect (r _ (-0.585R _ 20.342p _ 0.01).
